"We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon."

"Amazing stay, a lovely property. 10/10. Had a slight upset stomach but staff was amazing and very helpful. Would highly recommend, loads of amenities and great for kids. Pools are great food is 10/10 and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Thanks."
