He even checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated. The house was very clean and well-maintained, providing ample space for our party of 12. « We absolutely loved our time at Moonstone Chalet. The accommodations are beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and great appliances. There are so many lovely touches including a shelf stocked with games. It is just minutes from the base of Moonstone and is the perfect place to warm up by the fire after a day of skiing. The hosts make sure you are well taken care of and are great to work with. We will be coming back again! »

« Armand was an exceptional host. The house has everything you could imagine needing. We spent out days relaxing on the dock, in the water or on the numerous decks. We also did lots of kayaking and even found a few beaver dams. At night we enjoyed games, playing pool and the beautiful views. We also went on a few walks and saw some great wildlife including a couple of deer. Thank you for a great week away, we truly enjoyed ourselves. »

« Short stay to go skiing at Mount St. Louis Moonstone, and enjoy dining out in the area (Ktchn). House was as described, clean, organized and comfortable. Little inconvenient to have only a first floor bathroom but it was spacious. Enjoyed our stay. »

« The stay was wonderful! Very clean and easy to keep clean as well! Our host was lovely and was available when we had needed her. We booked our little getaway mid-week as I was able to get a day off work so we could travel there. I needed to work the remainder of the week still and was concerned that the internet service may not have been strong enough as I work in a queue and take my calls through the internet/wifi, so strength and stability is extremely important. « this house was nice and spacious and the area was beautiful. Our only complaint was that my group followed the 11:00 pm quiet rule, and still got a noise complaint from a neighbour, even though everyone was inside and asleep by 10:30 pm »

The Champlain Waterfront Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection

"Stationnement à 150 mètres de l’hôtel, ordinaire avec des bagages. La chambre n’était pas bien nettoyée, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. Chambre très petite. Ventilation bruyante. Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires et elles ne nous ont jamais été apportées. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire, peu de choix. Très déçu de la chambre, du service et du stationnement. Par contre, l’apparence générale de l’hôtel était très bien, p-e que d’autres chambres auraient été mieux, mais tout de même déçu du service. "
