The condo is located on the ground floor of the building and is easily accessible. It has its own private terrace!
It includes 3 bedrooms - two with queen beds and one with two single bunk beds - and a very well-appointed living area that includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and two full bathrooms.
You can have a great time there after a busy day of outdoor activities!
Note that the complex includes a large heated swimming pool and tennis in season as well as several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
Activities for the winter season: ice rink, hiking trail, fatbike - locker on site - + Le Massif ski resort 35 minutes away.
Access by car.
Shuttle service - to the ski resort - available every 15 minutes, during the winter season.
A bicycle wash station (hose) is available at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage.

In summer and winter, Mont-Sainte-Anne is teeming with diverse activities, from the base to its summit!
The Côte-de-Beaupré region also offers a whole range of them, all close to Mont-Sainte-Anne.

Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking trails and in summer one of the best mountain bike trail networks. What sets Mont Ste-Anne apart is the variety of trails offered, while the most seasoned experts will find what they are looking for and beginner families too. Cross-country, endurance, downhill biking, wave trails, etc.
The road to New France:
The New France Route, linking Old Quebec to Côte-de-Beaupré: first windmill (1651), first place of pilgrimage (Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré 1658), heritage houses and many other treasures.
Canyon Ste-Anne:
Impressive canyon carved into 1.2 billion year old rock by the spectacular 74 m drop (higher than Niagara Falls). Cross 3 suspension bridges including one located at 60 m.
Montmorency Falls Park:
At 83 metres high and 30 metres higher than the famous Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is spectacular in both summer and winter.
