If you decide to come and go to dinner in one of their restaurants don’t pick the Mexican the food wasn’t good. But place was definitely enjoyable. We only ate at the buffet for the two days that we stayed. The food was okay, but not great. It was often overcooked and dry. The best choice was the pasta bar where the food was cooked to order. Guest services was awesome and quickly addressed our request for a mini bar refill when we missed housekeeping. The front desk folks were very friendly.

The rooms and staff were great overall, Solid resort for value. Food was ok at the buffet and the drinks were pretty weak as any other typical resort. There’s no room service at night only “drink service” that takes forever to deliver water, 2.5 hours later. Only food to eat at night is at the snack bar. The 3 restaurants are always booked better book as soon as you can. The beaches don’t have any umbrellas like their neighboring resorts do. Beaches were calm and clean and have services such as pedicure and massages that are better deals than the resorts.

My solo trip was excellent! Exceeds expectations! My room was clean and had extra water & drinks for me. The food was delicious, so healthy and fresh, drinks were so refreshing. I tried new foods that I’ve never had and I had drinks that were so strong and tasty. The resort was so clean, everyone there was very pleasant and tried teaching me spanish, so grateful for them. I didn’t have to pay for anything extra, and the hotel recommended a taxi driver for me and it worked out perfectly to get there and back from the airport! I felt very safe. Planning my next trip back asap.
