Tuvimos un desagradable suceso por la noche habia huespedes que bebieron alcohol y fueron inpertinentes por eso senti el hotel inseguro y ademas no tiene estacionamiento tuve que dejar el auto en la calle.

Su ubicacion es buena, el desayuno bueno la fachada regular asi como la habitación, prometen estacionamiento y despues dicen que esta lleno, la habitacion limpia pero hecha solo para personas chaoarritas. El baño carecia de cancel o al menos una cortina para evitar que el agua moje fuera de la regadera

Un hotel con tarifas muy caras. No respetaron convenio con evento (Secretaría de Salud). Habitación sin señal de TV. Reporté la falta de señal y mintieron diciendo que la señal iba y venía. No había toalla de manos. No había teléfono en cuarto. Huéspedes escandalosos.

HOTEL CON CLASIFICACION ENGAÑOSA Y COSTO EXCESIVO
El personal del hotel sumamente dispuestos y amables a pesar de los engaños de los encargados. Empezaron las sorpresas desde antes de llegar: las coordenadas del gps estan equivocadas, no cuenta con estacionamiento (es en la banqueta), no se encuentra cerca de Angelopolis ni tampoco es boutique, no sirvio el internet, las camas rechinan, las almohadas son una piedra, las toallas deshilachadas, nos toco en un segundo piso sin elevador y sin servicio de botones, las habitaciones no cuentan con telefono; y lo peor -esto ultimo inevitable para el hotel- hay una ruidosa bomba de agua y un problematico bar-antro en la planta baja que da servicio hasta las 4am con lo que resulta imposible dormir. De ninguna manera les recomiendo la experiencia!

No es lo que esperaba
Quisiera expresar que mi estancia no fue muy placentera debido a que el hotel tiene algunas deficiencias en su ingraestuctura que no le permite dar el servicio adecuado. Debo reconocer que las habitaciones son muy agradables pero en su estilo y decoracion pero hay detalles que no pueden pasar desapercibidos tales como: 1.- El suministro de agua fue cortado antes de las 8:00 AM justo en la hora que uno se dispone a bañars. 2.- El control remoto del televisor no es compatible. 3.- La habitacion no contaba con una extencion telefónica. 4.- El televisor aún operandolo manualmente no tenia recepcion de canales 5.- La señal del WF no era lo suficientemente potente para la habitacion que se me asigno (por cierto en la azotea) 6.- El desayuno nos fué servido en una de las habitaciones argumentando que es restaurant estaba en remodelación. En general por esos detalles no pude disfrutar de mi estancia y la calificaria como Decepcionante. Quedo a sus ordenes.
