Your Space
A newly developed community near Utah Lake and between Provo and Orem. Excellence in comfort for the family on vacation, the business traveler, contract worker, relocating family or holiday group-stay. Newly constructed, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, corporate-furnished, fully-equipped granite countertops with kitchens up and downstairs, sleeps 16, commercial carpets, hard-wood upstairs kitchen, master jetted tub, unobstructed views of east-side mountains (the 'Y') and the golf course clubhouse, flat HD screens up/down, cable, WiFi, internet access, security system, 3 car garage, side-garage RV Pad; all utilities included. Same Rate Year-Round except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Weeks.

Family wedding. Wonderful place to gather!

Place was beautiful and perfect. Great with the pool table and Pac-Man with our family of young adults and a couple teens! Could have used a second spatula cooking for 13:) Thanks so much!

Family Reunion 2025

This house was great for our family reunion. We so enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and arcade games. Having two kitchens for meal prep was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for family or friend events.

Great location, house and property owner.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed for making our own food and extra bedding. The house was huge and had lots of fun games. We played pictionary all night, family had a blast. Memories for life. Owner was responsive and addressed any issues quickly.

Even better than the pictures

Best views! We wanted a low key Christmas and this house was perfect. This was a great hang around the house VRBO. The teens stayed downstairs with their own space (pool table, arcades, and they hooked up our PS5 to the tv downstairs) and adults upstairs. Family dinners, family card games, and a great neighborhood to take walks in. By the way, did I mention the views! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

Our host was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with our stay. The home accommodated our large family very well and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed it. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration! The golf course and mountain view is fantastic and the kids and parents loved the fenced in back yard along the golf course. We will absolutely consider this home again if the occasion arises.

Beautiful location!

We loved our stay in Vineyard! The view from the living room and eat-in kitchen area was amazing. As you walk up the stairs from the basement, the mountains rise in view and it’s just breathtaking. We came for my son’s wedding. My parents and sister and her children stayed with us here. We also did a BYU campus tour for my daughter and I loved that we could see the “Y” on the mountain from this house. There were a couple of things that I needed to message the host about but he was very prompt and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Love this place!

This was our 4TH stay at this house. We keep coming back because of the location (perfect for the annual guys golf trip that I do with my crew) and because the owner & property manager's communication and care for their renters is SO great! We filled every bed in this place and there was still plenty of room for us to gather, to cook, to visit. The beds were great. The place was clean. Could have had better toiletries available but nothing to really complain about.

Perfect for family. Perfect for a family reunion!

The owners were fabulous and quick to reply everytime! The location was beautiful, and we had a small baby shower which was even more beautiful because of the gorgeous living area. My daughter loved her big bathtub, and my 13 yo son loved having the top bunk for the first time in his life. The games kept everyone busy, and yet their were corners where people could sit and have smaller group discussions. Did I say how beautiful the location was? Would definitely recommed to anyone.

Great property. Loved the dual kitchen with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs so those that were late sleepers could sleep in and eat later. Etc beautiful view from the backyard of the golf course. Would stay there again!

Amazing family stay

This home was beautiful and so well fitted for our big family! We were in town for a wedding and needed a good place for our big family to gather and visit. The two kitchens were great and my kids loved the ping-pong, foozball etc. Everything was a breeze!
