The private, gated grounds are serene and expansive, offering 169 feet of waterfront, a pebbly beach with a kayak to take out each morning, and a level backyard for lawn games and nightly stories around the firepit. There's an herb garden and a pond with a waterfall feature - keep an eye out for eagles, hawks, hummingbirds, and ducks playing in the pond during your stay. There's also a great patio for grilling and alfresco dining. Enjoy easy and scenic access to Seattle via the Kingston Ferry Terminal, nearby walking trails, and the historic town of Kingston. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know a Tesla level 2 wall connector will have you fully charged in a few hours if you want to venture out from your holiday home. Come, relax, and enjoy nature in comfort.
The interior spans three levels, with high-quality furnishings throughout. A spiral staircase leads into a great room with a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the water. The south wing houses a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a gas range, a breakfast bar, a window-lined dining nook, and a formal dining room with a wet bar and a table for everyone. Enjoy listening to your favorite music indoors and outdoors. Plus, there are five refrigerators on-site for ultimate convenience during your stay. Work on your tan with the Vitamin D tanning bed or the red light therapy bed to wind down. Speaking of winding down, relax in the sauna and sweat any residual stress away.
The walk-out lower level is a space for lounging, offering an 800-square-foot family room with a 12-foot HG projection TV, a convenient kitchenette, and ample seating. There's also a fitness room with a TV and a Peloton bike (you'll need your own shoes), an office where you can steal away to log onto the WiFi (with a second office on the main floor), and two bedrooms downstairs. Perhaps, challenge a friend to a fun air hockey or Foosball tournament for endless entertainment.
The gorgeous primary suite is on the main floor, featuring a waterfront sitting area and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The final two bedrooms are upstairs on the third floor, each with an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
