"Very kind and wonderful staff. Manager allowed us to pick from two different rooms and we picked our favorite room. Our room had a view of the Santa justa elevator, which was amazing to see. Can you get a little loud with people coming in and out of the bathrooms but that is what to expect from a hostel. Felt very safe the entire time. Great location. Will stay here again."

"No a/c. Literally dribbles of water comes out for shower. No place to put luggage except on floor. No help like towels or toilette paper in building; must go outside and down street to get them. No elevator for bringing suitcases up and down on hot day. "

"A lovely hotel in a great location in the Art District and within a short walk of the city centre. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a combination of stylish modern and vintage furniture. The staff were lovely and so helpful, they went over and above making our stay very special. We will visit again."

"This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. "I stayed for 3.5 weeks and everything was very good. The staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room was nice and the location is excellent. I recommend using earplugs in the night since the walls are thin and also for preventing outside noise to wake you up."
