Everywhere you looked there was a special touch, from the design of the rooms, the breakfast buffet, the garden patio, pool table room, books, large chess set, fife and tea 24/7. This reminded me of glacier or Yellowstone lodge, where you are immersed in a special atmosphere and can fully relax. Everyone who worked there was really nice and engaging. "The TV remote didn't work, the shower was a struggle, there were no hooks or bars in bathroom to hang wet towels, the bed covers look like something from a halfway house, terrible looking, with catches and pulls, all white and disgusting. Whoever thought they were a good idea, ought to be fired! I stayed here a month ago, and though under construction the room we stayed in, facing the water, as I requested this time, and instead faced the dumsters! Very disappointed! "
