Hotel maravilhoso, do início ao fim. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. O quarto é muito bom, bem amplo, ar condicionado bem potente e cama muito confortável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com muita variedade e o que mais gostei foi a máquina de café e tem uma pessoa que faz tapiocas na hora da forma que você quiser. A piscina é uma delicia! Água bem quentinha e tem um bar dentro dela. A vista do pôr do sol no hotel é espetacular! Fora que se você passear dentro do hotel vai encontrar alguns animais como um coelho muito fofo e alguns passarinhos. O hotel tem serviço de quarto e também tem restaurante com almoço e jantar a parte. A localização é excelente! Fica a uns 5 min do aeroporto e do lado praticamente da rodoviária que dá para ir a pé! Fora que andando mais um pouco tem um mercado do lado e sinceramente dá para ir andando até o píer municipal e até o farol de Porto também, só tem que ter um pouco de disposição. O hotel tem um estilo meio rústico o que deixa o local inda mais lindo. Com toda certeza irei voltar!

O hotel tem um atendimento excelente, nosso quarto estava bem limpo e aconchegante. Apenas como observação, por estar ao lado do aeroporto pode ser um pouco incômodo o barulho dos aviões.Optamos por ficar na véspera do nosso vôo e por ser apenas uma noite não foi tão incomodo, mas acredito que para descansar atrapalhe um pouco. Mas ser tão próximo do aeroporto é excelente, tivemos um excelente café da manhã, com muitas opções.

Decepção. Como caiu a qualidade em 2024
O lugar é lindo, porém deixou a desejar na atenção aos hóspedes, principalmente, na parte de alimentação. O hotel está mais preocupado em atender eventos externos que estão sendo realizados no local (exemplo: recepções no sábado a noite e domingo pela manhã) do que atender seus hóspedes. No café da manhã faltou o básico: café, capuccino, leite, bolo, pães, etc. E o que foi informado aos hóspedes é que a maior parte do pessoal estava direcionado para atender o evento que estava acontecendo no domingo pela manhã. O jantar de sábado a noite mesma coisa. Pessoal reduzido, pratos inadequados a um hotel dessa categoria, pois estavam preocupados em atender uma recepção externa. O atendimento, em geral, caiu muito do ano passado para cá. Ano passado recomendei para vários amigos se hospedarem lá. Hoje, não recomendo e não retornarei mais.

Eu nunca estive la ,na verdade fiz uma reserva com uma data pro dia anterior e a gente não consegueu desfrutar nada desse lugar ,eu cheguei no hotel falei sobre minha situação e eles não me ajudaram em nada , no final tivemos que ir em bora ,esse dia era aniversario da minha namorada e eu ia da presente pra ela ,no final tivemos que procurar outro lugar gastar dinheiro demas em uber ,uma experiencia bem ruim
