"It was beautiful long weekend with my wife celebrating our first year wedding anniversary at a beautiful resort. The staff was amazing from Andrea and Charlize at the Rousseau Pub to Alanna and Chef Aaron at The Rosseau! They all made our stay the best it could be."
"Excellent and incredibly friendly, clean property, well organized, cottage was in wonderful condition and it is just so scenic it was hard to go home. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I will be returning."
"The property and hotel is going through storms but we had a great time enjoying the amenities. It was a great platform for us to have quality family time. It does need to continue improving the hotel maintenance to get back to where it should be. Wish they’d pump a lot of money to fix it. It may be next to a competitor but it has its charms. You just need to rediscover your image. Get rid of the carpet in corridors, fix the roofing issues everywhere, and clean the indoor pool regularly. Jump in it first, before you make the decide whether it is clean or not, so you can be a guest too. Get rid of the breakfast buffet (which is really a uncomplimentary continental breakfast) and serve fresh made to order food. People will pay for good breakfast. I think if you fix your maintenance issues, and rebrand your image, you’ll be very successful again. Good luck. "
