THIS 3 BEDROOM 3 BATHROOM WATERFRONT PROPERTY WITH AN ENCLOSED POOL AREA TO KEEP OUT PESKY MOSQUITO'S IS IDEAL FOR A GETAWAY THAT IS HOME AWAY FROM HOME, A TRANQUIL ATMOSPHERE WITHOUT ANY DISRUPTIONS OR DISTURBANCES.THIS LOCATION IS EQUIPPED WITH A DOCK THAT HAS SEATING FOR 6-8 INDIVIDUALS TO FISH OR SIMPLY ENJOY THE EVENING MOONLIGHT. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED WITH AN ATTACHED WASHROOM, A STANDING SHOWER AND PATIO DOORS THAT OPEN TO THE POOLSIDE AREA. THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH A SHARED WASHROOM AND ALSO A PATIO DOOR THAT OPENS TO THE POOLSIDE AREA, THIS ROOM HAS THE BEST VIEW OF THE WATER. Beautiful home and property. Clean. Property well maintained. A little slim on supplies like trash bags, cleaning supplies,Towels. All furniture/beds need an upgrade. AC not working in queen size bed room at all. Temps in the house maintained around 76/78 around the clock even though AC set for 70 around the clock and that was uncomfortable for me.. Would definitely rent again only IF upgrades were made and AC working properly. Property manager responded quickly to concerns so this isn’t meant to be a negative review because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just an honest review.

Family neighborhood. Neighbors friendly and gave the children bread to feed turtles in the lake. Lovely view and nice pool. It was a relaxing few days. Everything we needed was available. Host was very nice and accommodating.

June trip to Florida
My husband and I came down to Florida to visit my daughter and her family who live nearby, this is the second time at this house. We love it here, the kids love playing in the pool, my husband loves fishing on the dock. The house might be a little dated, but it is spotless and has everything you need. We think it is perfect😊

First time in this are and we loved it. The lake provided a lot of wildlife viewing, even the alligator! Nice neighbors. Naz was very receptive and promptly answered any inquiries.

Very nice house. Great location!
The house is as advertised. Location was ideal. Off the dock there were the most adorable turtles. Often a dozen or more. We also fished off the dock. The kids really enjoyed the opportunity to fish right on the property. Caught a large Bass. Through him back of course. I would stay again.

Large home
The home is well suited in size for two couples or a family with children. Beware there is only 1 TV in the home ( the pictures on line show a TV in two bedrooms also) The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. It is also not the one shown in the on line pictures . The king bed mattress also needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable. The pool area is very nice and it is peaceful sitting looking out over the lake. If the couch and mattress were replaced I would give it 5 stars but as is it is 4 stars in my opinion.

Best of the rest!
This is an absolutely beautiful property! Everything from arrival to departure is wonderful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped. Owners are the best and treat their guests as family. Views from poolside are spectacular with many native birds and turtles enjoying the lake. Neighborhood is perfect for a nice walk. Close to everything and anything you may want or need. Give yourself a treat and enjoy this house, you wont' be disappointed!

Lake House
We had a fantastic stay here . Everything about the house and pool was perfect, being on the lake was so serene, The kids got a kick out of feeding the turtles and my husband was in his glory sitting on the dock fishing everyday. I hope this was the first of many stays at this home. 😊

Wonderful home with an open floor plan, lots of space and room to spread out. The pool was perfect. The dock at the lake was a great place to to have a morning coffee and watch the turtles (who expect to be fed!) and the various bird life. Clean, easy access, nice neighborhood. The beach towels by the pool was a nice touch!
