The B&B is within walking distance of local amenities and local buses to Naples city centre for connections to Pompei, Sorrento etc. A bottle of water on arrival would have been nice in the room. Overall it was really relaxing and a great choice of accommodation. "

"The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too. "

"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

"Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. So location had to be close as she doesn’t walk much. We had a good room on 3rd floor near elevator. I will say for those with accessibility needs - there are 3 steep steps into hotel. 3 more up to ground level. And an additional 2 up to reception and elevator.
