« We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . « We were unable to stay at this property due to several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets were worn out, and we found human hair all over them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they questioned the housekeeper, but no action was taken. « Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. »
