"The ONLY complaint is the backdoor and the sliding screen door. The glass door is very hard to open and one time we closed the screen door and REALLY struggled to get it back open. Luckily it was pretty cool out and we kept the door shut. "

"My husband and I and our three-year-old English Creme Golden Retriever, Gracie had an absolutely fabulous time in the cozy cabin, the view was indeed stunning, and it is a little slice of heaven. We enjoyed the snowfall while we were there, it was truly a winter wonderland. Walking in the snow around the neighborhood with Gracie was so much fun, Gracie was as happy as we were. The cabin is just beautiful, very spacious, it is immaculate and well stocked with everything you could ever need for any occasion. We loved using the fireplace and had a couple of wood fires and also brought Duraflames which made the cabin even cozier. We were very grateful that we could bring Gracie with us, Jeff had toys, treats, and provided water and food bowls as well. We are already planning our visit next winter. Thank you, Jeff, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy a little winter getaway. Jules, Stephen and Miss Gracie :-) "

"We enjoyed staying in Graeagle. It is such a special area! We spent a day at Sugarbowl and a day snow tubing at Johnsonville ski lodge. We also enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Came back to the property with everything we needed. We are a family of four and more than enough space… huge house and perfect layout."

"Great place to stay for a family, the house included many amenities for the price. The ad was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway with your family. I'm a big nba fan and the basketball hoop in the driveway was a great way to spend time with family. Thanks again! "

"This house was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. We all felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the big space to be able to comfortably hang out together in the living room while doing puzzles, watching a movie, or just admiring the amazing view. We were also extremely appreciative of how well stocked the house was with cooking tools, amenities and more. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful, comfortable, and welcoming spot."

"We stayed Christmas week at Mara's house in Graeagle. The place was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well provisioned and it was a joy to cook there! We had a great snow day giving us a chance for some excellent snow play in fresh snow next to Jameson Creek. The christmas tree and decorations added an extra touch! We made a lot of fun memories. Thank you Mara!P.S. We worked remotely some days - and the wifi and internet was great!"

"Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. The kids were particularly thrilled with playing the provided board games (aggrevation was the favorite). We also put together one of the puzzles; we made it just in time before our departure. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings, walking to the river, and seeing some deer pass right by the terrace. We stood during Thanksgiving week to spend with family, kitchen was great was able to make my mac and cheese to take with me to my family's home. Elizabeth was so responsive and accommodating when I asked if we could come a day early to avoid the bad weather going over the Donner Pass. She gave us some pointers on where to go to play in the snow which we did, my boys had the best time! I definitely would recommend staying at this lovely home we hope to be back soon. "
