This property is composed of two separate houses, side-by-side with mirrored floor plans, sharing a private outdoor space.
The surrounding neighborhood is historic and walkable, but mostly without trees or parks, so we have worked to create a yard that feels more serene, secluded, and natural.
Each house features open concept first floor, which creates an ideal gathering space for larger groups. Each has a powder room by the lower level stairs. We're happy to talk with you ahead of time about your group's needs with the space.
The second floors each include two small queen bedrooms with generous closet space, separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. The top floors are both a master bedroom and bathroom, with king beds and queen-size Murphy beds for expanded sleeping, if needed. There are two washers and two dryers on the premises, free for guests and easily accessible.
We've also added queen bedrooms on each lower level, great for those who prefer a total pitch-black sleeping experience.

East Allegheny, also known as Deutschtown, is a thriving, historic Northside neighborhood. While the area offers numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, this property sits on a quieter street on the eastern edge of the neighborhood. A community garden is right around the corner, along with a coffee shop.
If you're traveling by car, you'll find no shortage of free off-street parking right in front of the house. Most North Side attractions are minutes away by car or Uber, and The Spring Garden (#7) city bus line also passes through the area; the stop is at the corner of Tripoli and Chestnut St, and this will take you downtown.
