Luxurious 3 BR Riverside Condo • Virtual Checkin

River Dreams is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious condo located on the 4th floor at Cedar Lodge Condominium, right on Little Pigeon River in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This beautiful condo features a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dining and living room, as well as access to a large balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature along the river, the beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains, and convenience of being near the main parkway. As our guest, you will have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally), free WiFi, and cable with a television in each bedroom. All bedrooms feature king size beds with a designated bathroom for each. Covered parking is available on the ground level with overflow spaces for up to 2 vehicles, no trailers are allowed.

Cedar Lodge is 1.3 miles from Dollywood theme parks, 1 block from the Parkway, and is located behind Dolly Parton’s Stampede dinner theater near Light #8. Conveniently located in downtown Pigeon Forge, guests are within a short driving distance to local area attractions.

Great Condo!
It was perfect for 3 adult couples. It's located in a section where you can hop right off onto the back roads from parkway to get there and bypass the traffic. Very easy to get in touch with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay
This property was the perfect spot for my family on our vacation to pigeon Forge. The pictures And description was accurate. With the location next to the creek it felt like we were not in the midst of the tourist area. Yet two minutes we were on the main road. Communication with the property owner was the best experience we’ve had with any of our rentals. Their directions were clear and concise, and they responded to my communications with them very promptly. I would recommend this place to anybody who was traveling with family.

Family Reunion by the River
My adult children from Texas and Virginia along with my two granddaughters from England and myself spent a wonderful time at the condo. The river location is stunning as we spent many hours on the balcony. Well stocked kitchen came in handy as we cooked a lot. There were plenty of towels as they even provided beach towels. The condo pool was nice right by the river and the kids enjoyed it. Location was perfect, easy to access and made us feel we were far from the touristy hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. Definitely recommend and my communication with Molly was great.

We were in a great location close to everything we wanted to see or do. Enjoyed watching the ducks on the creek from the comfortable balcony. Loved the easy access to the condo, elevator and parking. Host provisions were greatly appreciated.

Nice unit. We had a group of five and we were very comfortable. It would have been nice if the third bathroom had been en suite, but it worked out fine. Baggage holders in each room would have been very beneficial. The river was nice, but the geese were terrible…they honked all night.

Fantastic space for our family's spring break!
The condo is tucked away a block off the main parkway, and makes for a nice and quiet space. The rear balcony overlooks the brook out back which allows for duck and goose watching. There was plenty of space for our family, and the space was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach throughout the trip, although we didnt need much, as everything was in working order and clean and welcoming. We'll definitely be back to this spot the next time we venture to Pigeon Forge.

So convenient
This is the third time we’ve stayed at this condo. Very clean & has supplies to get you started including coffee & paper products. The river is nice - large balcony so enjoyable in the summer. We stayed here in February - in case of bad weather we would be close to main streets. But we just like the convenience any time of the year.
