Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home right next to the Parkway and within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River. Private hot tub and Spacious Living room offers plenty of space to relax on your vacation with leather sectional and recliners. A large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your party. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living area offers a queen size air mattress. This home is a great option for families and friends looking for a stay in Pigeon Forge

Quiet and Cozy
The location was so nice....close to the Parkway, but far enough away to be very quiet. Sitting on the porch in the early morning, sipping a coffee, and listening to the birds, was a very nice start to each day.

Great Location!
Nice quiet neighborhood, few blocks from main Parkway. More spacious than pictures looked . We had 2 dog cages up and plenty of room. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 do to kitchen not being stocked like other Vrbo we’ve stayed out.

Duplex located in quiet neighborhood. Nice for walking dog. Walking distance to restaurants. I incurred a shoulder injury last week and the leather recliners and hot tub helped with relaxation and recuperation.

Amazing stay
John & Lisa were the perfect hosts. We had an amazing stay. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot water and water pressure are absolutely amazing!!! The bed was also very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every night and watching fireflies. It is very close to the Parkway and minutes from all of the action in downtown. The couches were super comfortable and we also enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with our coffee every morning and listening to the birds as we were getting woke up. John was very prompt with communicating and there was also something broken from a prior guest and my husband was able to fix it and John even gave us an extra night for free for the repair. It wasn’t a major repair but something that didn’t need done. He was willing to have someone come right over to fix it but that is what my husband does for work anyhow. About worked out for all of us. We also needed to extend our stay a couple of days further and John was very accommodating and we were able to remain there and not have to pack up and go elsewhere. If we ever need a place to stay in that area again, we will definitely be going back there!!

Wonderful Vacation
The location was perfect! It was within 10-15 minutes of most of the attractions we visited. The hot tub was a plus and great to relax in it after a long day of walking. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch where it was quiet. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of issues come up with the home, but the property owner responded very quickly and corrected the issues. We had 6 people in our party. Would definitely stay there again!

Location was wonderful
When we got there, we were hesitant because it was a duplex, but it actually worked out. No one was staying on the other side so we had the place to ourselves pretty much. The hot tub was located as you walked in the door, which was kind of odd, but once we got in it, we realized it was very private and perfect for the three of us. The beds were decent and the 1 bathroom worked out for the three of us The only thing that I would say is the kitchen is not stocked with anything extra besides plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. They have a coffee maker and a K cup machine and a toaster but you would have to bring what you need for those to be of use (of course) There is no door to the backyard so your pets pretty much have to be watched in the small area out front near the road. The road was not that busy so we were not that concerned We will definitely come back mainly because of the location convenience It was right off the main road and close to everything that we did so we could go back-and-forth without it taking forever and check on our dogs

PERFECT STAY
This was the perfect stay for our family! It is right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet set off on a quiet, peaceful road. We were able to bring our dog which was a blessing! And the host was absolutely phenomenal, working to accommodate our specific needs for the trip. You never know what a place will truly look like, but when we got there, it was super clean which I was so thankful for. Perfect fit for our family of 4. Will return.
