Overall the staff and facilities were amazing. The resort has everything for an all inclusive stay. If you want to explore the island, they can arrange a car or taxi. But the resort is not near any other shopping strip (which may appeal to some!) and Ola Beach Club must have had a bad day, as their service one evening was sub-standard with several dishes unavailable.

The hotel is modern and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety for breakfast food. Limited restaurants available. It would have been nice if all the restaurants were available during the day. Security was a problem as a couple came to the pool off property and caused a bit of an incident with another guest.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and polite. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely stay at this resort. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable.
