Located in Scottsdale, you will love this five-bedroom home. The large living room area provides ample options for entertaining with its multiple seating arrangements. The open floor plan allows easy conversation from the updated kitchen to the living room area.

This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security systems could result in fees and eviction. Fabulous stay!
We stayed at this property for a few days while on a short family vacation. The house was exactly as the pictures described and was clean and beautiful. It is actually larger than the pics make it seem. The house has a lovely set up with 2 rooms on one side of the house and 3 rooms on the other side. Had we gone with another family, this setup would have afforded privacy with each family being in a separate wing. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and since the weather was around 110 degrees each day, the pool is where we spent most of our time. When we first arrived there was an issue with a ceiling fan in one of the rooms. The management responded to my texts promptly and provided an immediate solution. The location of the house was wonderful with gorgeous views of the mountains. It is a very quiet area so when you are outside you can truly relax without noise or traffic or hearing other neighbors. We very much enjoyed our stay and we look forward to renting this property again.

Great property for large family
We had 11 in our party including ages from 8-42. The property is very well taken care of and had everything we needed for a wonderful staycation. The pool was amazing. We had some issues with the internet and had to reset the router in order to reconnect to the wifi a couple times but otherwise it was a nice experience. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud in the kitchen area and unfortunately that was the only area in the home that was constantly cool. The rooms on both wings of the home were very warm and the AC did not seem to reach them very well. They provided box fans for each of the rooms but it did not really help to keep the rooms cool. For the cost of the rental we expected the AC to work well in each bedroom. Otherwise the listing was accurate and we had a great stay.

We had such an amazing 5 nights here! We were 11 ladies visiting to celebrate a few of our 50th bdays! The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Any issues we had were immediately resolved. Property management company is on it! The outdoor space is perfect to relax, enjoy the pool and play some games. We will definitely come back!

Great stay in Scottsdale
We had a great family vacation at Paradise Heights in Scottsdale. This house and property are huge and come with everything you could ever need! The pool and hot tub were awesome (we paid for heat) and the house had so many activities to keep us all busy - we played basketball and pickleball, practiced golf on the putting green, played Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool and watched shows in the theater room. It was nice to have a TV in every room with Disney+ already active. We also easily used our Netflix account on their devices. The bedrooms were all a good size, with plenty of furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very large with a large dining table (seats 8) and kitchen island counter. We would definitely recommend this property and would come back next time we're in Scottsdale with family.

Local group wanted a private pool to celebrate a birthday. House was clean and everything was as highlighted in the listing. It was 110+ degrees the weekend we were there but the pool was refreshing and had some shade.

We had a wonderful stay! All of the amenities were just as pictured and fully enjoyed. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to airport and attractions. The responsiveness of the property managers and owners was fantastic and helped with last minute questions. The house was clean and well appointed. Would only add a lime/lemon juicer to the kitchen. :) Also, note that pool heat is an additional charge (which it doesn't say until you book - not an issue in the summer but adds to cost other times of year). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staycations are our thing
The house is nice, and the backyard is great for a staycation with friends or family. We had paid to have the pool and spa heated during our stay. It was not heated when we arrived and per the instructions, we were not to touch the remote. We reached out to let them know, and we got a response the next morning from Billie the property manager. She came by the house and the issue was resolved. It was unfortunate that we didn't get to use the spa the first night, but Billie tried to make it right. Our only other complaints were the air conditioning wasn't working in part of the house but Billie sent out a guy to fix it the second day and we had no other issues the rest of our stay. My other recommendation is to change the checkout time to 11:00 am, 10:00 is too early. In my experience, no other vacation rental companies have checkout times that are this early nor do hotels. We requested a later checkout after we were told we couldn't get reimbursed for the spa not working the first day. Billie was able to make it happen for us and we checked out at 11:00.

Perfect Family Trip
We had the best time here! Two families with a total of 8 kids ages 16 to 5 and everyone had a blast. Not once did anyone complain they were bored. The pool was perfect, we played pickle ball, basketball, corn hole and had enough space in the backyard to play some football! After getting worn out playing all day it was so nice to turn on a movie in the theater room for the kids and let the parents relax in the outdoor spaces. Inside the house is so spacious and the open concept is great for having everyone together. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for the perfect family or adult getaway!

The home is in need of repairs. Broken table, broken chair, Ceiling outside needs patching and painting, drier vent hose torn, 2 bedrooms had no dresser and my family had to put their clothes on the floor for 8 days. One of the bathroom overflowed in the morning and went into the shower and onto the floor. We got a plumber out their and they fixed it but they did come until about 1 in the afternoon. On that side of the house there are 3 double beds (6 people) and only one bathroom.

The house is the perfect size for a big crowd. It’s very spacious so no one is crammed for space. The backyard is beautiful and very relaxing. The only issue I had was the cleanliness in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a great experience.

The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the backyard as much as we would like but it is a fabulous space! Property manager was very prompt to reply and the house was well stocked with towels and a welcome basket etc… Kitchen is minimally stocked but we weren’t cooking much so it was fine for our visit— we had almost everything we needed. Coffee filters would have been a nice addition. Kids loved the theatre room!

The property was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! There were a couple of things that weren’t so great—we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up (maybe because pool heater was on). I didn’t know until the last minute that it costs $95/night to heat the pool. I would suggest prompting guests to view that info before they finalize their booking. Final thing—we couldn’t get the pool/hot tub lights to work. With this being said, we still had a fantastic vacation here!
