Clean, excellent staff and spacious rooms.

Unfortunately they are renovating the restaurant so limited menu in the bar. Also had to change lunch to another restaurant as they were drilling so too noisy. This will be finished in a few days though, and as I have stayed here before I know this is not normal and I will certainly continue to stay at the Priory and would recommend it.

The property in my opion is very tired and run down. Spa staff were friendly and the treatment was lovely, but there was a mix up with appointments which should never have happened in the first place. Wouldnt visit again sorry.

My husband and Inrecently had the pleasure of staying at Celtic Manor, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! The facilities were absolutely amazing, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The golf facilities were great too! The courses were beautifully maintained, offering a fantastic challenge for players of all levels. Overall, I highly recommend Celtic Manor for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with exceptional service and great golf. Can't wait to return!

Our stay for my son's birthday was fantastic and the room was exceptional. It was great to be able to share the experience with my young grandchildren and for them to be very welcome. They especially enjoyed the pool. What we didn't like was the parking charges! The restaurants in the hotel were fully booked as we didn't prebook, so we went out for food. As we parked in the underground carpark we had to pay £13 to go out for food after only parking for 5 hours. We discovered the outside carpark was cheaper so parked there after we had eaten out and then paid £12 for overnight stay. £25 parking for an overnight stay is extortionate for what was otherwise an excellent break.
