"Perfect location near San Marco. Excellent spot to watch the gondoliers, and centrally located. Staff were very helpful. Room was extremely clean and the daily housekeeping was very efficient. Good AC. I was in a small single room and it was on the 4th floor with no elevator for the last two floors but it was just fine for me. Some minor quibbles: not a lot of common space to hang out in, and the breakfast was not the best quality but it was fine."

"Staff was very accommodating to our needs, as this was our first time visiting Venice and the island of Murano. They recognized that we had a large travel party and suggested chartering a private water taxi to get us to the train station on time. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in arranging a pick up from their private dock, and I would recommend that any guests considering staying at NH Collection Murano Villa coordinate with the hotel in arranging a pickup and drop off to/from the main transportation terminals. I look forward to returning in the future to do some shopping for Venetian glass, and relaxation with the sounds of the lagoon in the background. "
