Enjoy your stay with your family at this stylish home. Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath retreat is truly unique. Eloquently appointed with fun surprises in every room. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, all in an open concept main space. And for outdoor enjoyment, we have a putting green, an outdoor living room, 2 fire pits, and grill in the back yard.
We are walking distance to the Bay, and Pensacola Country Club. Minutes to downtown and the beach.
The space
Make your way inside this contemporary coastal villa where you are greeted with sun-filled living, beautifully furnished rooms. Gather together in the living space on the inviting chaise lounge and unwind in style while you stream all your favorites on the Smart TV – the perfect place for a movie night in.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped to cook up everything from a decadent breakfast thought to a three-course meal with everything you need right at your fingertips. You’ll have access to high-end stainless-steel appliances, an abundance of cookware and a water and ice dispenser for those afternoons when a cool drink is all you crave.

Sit up at the breakfast bar and keep the chef company while they cook, then enjoy your meals alfresco style under the pergola or out on the balcony with patio seating and leafy views.

When it comes time to rest, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms on the main level including the master with a queen bed and luxurious spa ensuite bathroom and a family bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bunk and access to the central bathroom.

Downstairs is the handy laundry with a washing machine and dryer as well as a fully equipped home gym in the converted garage space with cardio, weights, a TV and room for a yoga mat so you never have to miss a workout.

Outdoor Space
Outside is where the villa really shines with a stunning landscaped yard that you’ll never want to leave!

The stepping stones lead you past your own private putting green giving you the perfect place to practice your swing. Keep following the stones around to the glamorous gazebo where you can pull up a chair and relax on the outdoor loungesurrounded by tall palm trees giving you lush tropical resort vibes.

When the sun goes down, light up the fire pit and gather around the warm fire each night as you roast marshmallows and toast to the perfect getaway with a glass of local wine (or two).

Guests have private access to the entire lower level of the home and landscaped outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to the fully home gym located in the middle garage.

Please note that this is a quiet residential area with an older community, so we ask that you keep the noise levels to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbors.
