« We are so lucky to have stayed at this Vrbo. Rosa was super helpful in booking everything. She was the concierge at the resort. We felt extremely safe going in and out of the resort throughout the day everything was in walking distance, which was great. We were able to walk to the marina, club, and all the hotspots in Cabo, it was super convenient that there was a Walmart nearby as well . We saved so much money on cabs because everything was in walking distance, even though it was the hottest...

« Did a solo trip to Cabo and stayed at Cathy's condo. The view alone is worth the price. Short drive into Cabo town and 66 stairs to an excellent swimming/snorkeling beach. There's an awesome surfing beach on the other side. I was there in August and the AC struggled to keep up with the heat but it was not uncomfortable, and I was mostly there at night. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling on a budget who doesn't want to give up the million dollar view. »

« Our annual guys trip has stayed at Villa Estancia several times over the years and will stay there again. Easy cab ride to town and short walk on beach to food and drinks. Service/staff at property are fantastic ! To owner/manager I'd suggest adding more mixing/serving bowls to kitchen. Scrambling eggs in a stock pot is doable but not ideal. Overall, great unit ! Look forward to returning next year »

« This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The view is spectacular! The condo has all the amenities that one would need. I love the grounds at the Misiones because it is quiet and the staff are familiar and very kind. If I had one gripe, it would be that I am not a fan of not having access to the new gate system that has been installed. It made it inconvenient walking to other condos and villas on the grounds. Other than that everything is perfect! »

« Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was fast and helpful. The unit and resort were very pretty and on one of the best beaches in Los Cabos. The only criticism I had with the unit was the pillows. They were very old , lumpy and uncomfortable. They did not rise to the level of the unit itself and this unfortunately, affected my sleep. This is an easy fix and I hope they do this soon for the next guests. Otherwise, we had a fun family adventure. »
