This 3-room house in Monte San Giulio offers a spacious 120 square meters of living space spread over two levels, providing ample room for your vacation. The upper floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table for enjoyable meals.

During your stay, you can take advantage of the various amenities provided, including a barbecue, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations, a private patio, satellite TV, heating available from October 1 to May 1, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is six guests, and the house features two bedrooms and one bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The property offers bright and practical furnishings, ensuring a comfortable living environment. On the second upper floor, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm, as well as access to a balcony and satellite TV. There are two additional rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm, and one of them also boasts access to the balcony. The house features a shower and toilet, as well as gas heating. Outdoor spaces include a 20 square meter balcony, a 4 square meter small balcony, and a patio with balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs, allowing you to bask in the stunning lake views. For families, the house provides a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Internet access (WiFi) is available free of charge, and please note that the property is strictly non-smoking. One pet or dog is allowed on the premises.
