Overall this property is not what I expected based on other reviews. One elevator was not working, the room was only in okay condition, the hot tub was extremely small and the hotel is a long walk to the lifts. I would definitely stay at several other properties before staying here.

The layout of the room the design of the room was very cool. The only lacking was maybe a desk. Thar didnt bother me but other travellers may nned one. Its located in downtown and some of the housing problems that afflict every major city. I wasn't bothered but it is noticeable. Altogether it met my expectations for downtown Vancouver
