- a lovely lounge with a comfortable sofa bed,
- two bedrooms, each with a double bed
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with bath,
- TV, Wifi,
- hoover, hairdryer, ironing facilities, washing machine, high chair.

In this quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to all amenities, you and your family or friends can enjoy the nearby Disneyland park with peace of mind: it only takes 20 minutes by public transport to reach the park entrance. If you fancy a spot of shopping, two of the biggest shopping centres in the Paris region are just 25 minutes away from the flat by public transport: Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village. Finally, in just 45 minutes, you can reach the centre of Paris and enjoy all its emblematic monuments.
