Situé au coeur de Saint-Germain des prés, ce bel appartement confortable
et paisible de 80m2 est une invitation à un séjour Parisien alliant modernité et
charme dans l’une des rues les plus animées de ce quartier.
La pièce à vivre principale de 42m2 élégamment décorée, avec vue sur cours
est composée d’une cuisine américaine équipée, d’une partie repas , de son
coin salon doté de deux canapés (dont un convertible) et d’une grande TV.
Le reste de l'appartement se compose de deux chambres équipées de leur lit
king size bed , d’une grande salle de bain en marbre comprenant douche,
baignoire et toilette.
Son emplacement idéal à quelques minutes du Boulevard Saint Germain, de la
Seine, et de notre Dame, son décor empreint de modernisme agrémenté d’
oeuvres d’art rend l'appartement particulièrement unique et agréable à vivre.

This is the best location we have had in Paris. Immediate access to everything you could ask for in the 6th and beyond. There was a mixup when we arrived but our host worked very hard and corrected it immediately. Would stay again! Thank you.

Loved the location, dozens of restaurants just outside the door. Apartment was very big and spacious. Only recommendation would be to provide more towels. Quiet unit in the back of the complex, which is nice.

Wonderful space and location
This apt is clean and comfortable. We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a college graduation trip for out two children. I was impressed how much space there was for us to share space without feeling crowded in a city apt. I loved how quiet. It was despite being in a hub of restaurants and shops. Everything was walking distance and the metro was only a few blocks away. I felt completely comfortable and safe. There was a problem with check in however it was addressed and the owner was very responsive to ensuring it was resolved to our satisfaction. I highly recommend considering this apt for a wonderful stay in Paris.

You can’t find a better location that this apartment!
This is a great property. It’s in the perfect location. We had the five members of my family- my wife and I and our three grow children (23, 21, 18)- we fit great- there’s only one bathroom so be aware of that but everything is very clean and comfortable. It’s on the 3rd floor- which Americans would call the fourth- so there’s certainly a staircase to deal with and no elevator- but it’s clean, roomy, and a perfect location. It worked great for our family.

The location and size of the apartment were excellent. But the rest left A LOT to be desired. Because there’s a printing shop in the courtyard, the door to the street has to remain open, and we saw at least one person urinating in the courtyard, making the courtyard and stairwell smell horrible, and no one cleaned it. Very few supplies were there, such as cooking oil and more than 2 trash bags and laundry pods, for example. No manuals explaining how the appliances work, so how to use the washer /dryer and stove was a mystery. A bag of dirty towels was left in the living room. No window screens, so lots of flying bugs entering the apartment at night. The mattress of the smaller bed has some springs popping up. The apartment has unrealized potential.

We liked the location but Garbage and furniture is moved at about 4:30-5 am waking you up. Nice bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Beds in the living room are ok except for the noise. The building stairs are are run down. Should advice it's a 4th floor walk up.

Amazing Location!!
We loved our stay and couldn't have picked a more perfect location - numerous cafés and even a grocery store nearby, not to mention close proximity to many historic sites. Though a busy area, the apartment was both secure and surprisingly quiet! Would highly recommend!

The BEST Location, in the heart of everything
This apartment is exactly as described. In the heart of St. Germain, and next to one of the best pastry shops in the city. Café Lola across the street and easy walking distance to the Louvre. We used ebikes to get around as there are always several right outside the apartment and the bike lanes next to the river are very efficient and a great way to see the city. The apartment suited our group at four just fine and it was a nice respite after being gone all day. Very quiet inside. It is on the third floor so you’ll need to hoof up the stairs but that would be the only downside. The property managers were also very helpful in receiving Louvre tickets through the mail that we had sent to them. They also set up transportation to and from the airport for us. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Location and Spacious
It was fun to stay in a Paris apartment for a week and have the experience. This place is in an ideal bustling location, yet very quiet. One improvement that others have mentioned is writing down basic instructions for using TV, washing machine, microwave, etc. A person showed us but we could not remember the details. Note the apartment is on the third floor of a walk up. You definitely need stamina to get up there with luggage although the nice gentleman who met us there carried my luggage up. Finally, this is an old building and the common places are not kept up. Don’t be surprised with the dirty and smelly staircase and entry way. The apartment was clean.

A extremely well located apartment, fashionabley decorated. With very comfortable beds & bedding, comfortable lounge with huge NETFLIX TV. And lovely bathroom. Neighbourhood was central & excellent, surrounded by cafes and bars but apartment was amazingly quiet. Strongly recommend and would stay again.

An amazing apartment!
Amazing doesn't even come close to how much we loved this place! The location is the absolute best in the city. This apartment is very large. The 2 bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The apartment was spotless and everything easy to use. The spiral staircase up was not a problem for us. It was safe and a very quiet apartment despite its location on a buzzy area for cafes and shops. There is a terrific grocery store across the street and one of the best patisseries in the city immediately next door. We can't wait to come back. Only one odd thing about this place is the themed kitschy New York City and other Americana decor. Being from the states we found it funny.

Great location
The online property and photo decriotions were accurate. It is a 3 floor winding walk up and down so just be prepared and aware. The location was amazing- we loved the crepe/kebab fast food place, the boulangerie and gelato right outside the entrance. The street was lively, and also super close to the metro. We Couldve used more towels if there was one thing but we just used the handy washer and dryer. Checkin was accommodating for us so super appreciative of that! Overall, we would most likely stay again.

Spacious apartment in great location
We enjoyed our stay at Quartier de la Monnaie! Three adults stayed together in this spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything, and easy to access the metro or get a taxi nearby. Shops and restaurants dominate the neighborhood, making for a lively and fun atmosphere. Bakery, coffee, grocery all nearby. The apartment had many amenities (tea kettle, fridge, hair dryer), and the laundry machine was a huge perk halfway through our two-week trip. As others mentioned, we had to reach out about check-in details. The response was somewhat slow and vague. Weren't sure how we were going to get into the apartment until we were waiting at the door and someone showed up. But it worked out. We felt the value would be elevated by small additions such as an extra dishtowel, paper towels, and more than one roll of TP. Overall a great stay!

the apartment was very spacious and fitted all of our needs. I wish there had been a manual on how to use things like the stove, Wi-Fi, and the TV. We figured out most but it was frustrating. It was right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood yet once inside the apartment it was very calm and quiet.

Fantastic location right in the heart of a busy area with lots of restaurants and just a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. The apartment is large, especially the bathroom which was a wonderful change from other places we have stayed. Next time we come to Paris we will try to stay here again.

Charming Paris flat
I would stay at this property again. The location is very good, with many attractions being within walking distance of the flat. (1-2 miles). The flat was clean, and very spacious for Paris. There is a spiral staircase and you must climb three flights to get to the apartment. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others. My only suggestion is that the owner should provide a manual (maybe in a few languages?) to explain how the washer and stove work. It was a guessing game for us. Also, we were not able to get the TV up and running. We didn't mind that too much as we were in Paris and on the go.

Short Paris Getaway with Friends
My four friends and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend stay in Paris and this apartment was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, with great amenities, clean, and well thought out. There was plenty of room for everyone, with extra space to lounge around. The location was absolutely perfect, as it is right in the middle of St. Germain so there is always a place to eat or go out, but you cannot hear any of the noise in the apartment which was great. Checking in and out was a breeze, the property manager was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and they were a great help. Perfect place to stay and I would stay there again any day.
