"Nice quiet property, good location. Upon arrival the key code didn’t work, host was quick to respond to rectify the problem. Master bedroom and upstairs bedroom mattresses need replacing. Much needed kitchen cooking pans and coffee maker , filthy oven not able to use needs deep cleaning. Staircase carpet needs cleaning,Dated furniture "

"The townhouse is very convenient to St. Alphonsus hospital. We had an appointment there and wanted somewhere close. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and allowed us a bit of a late checkout. I wish we would have had more time to explore the outdoors around the area and take a walk. We would stay here again."

"Was very convenient location and a nice set up for our needs. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room had a broken arm/seat area so we had a few issues with that but over all, a great experience."

"It was a nice stay. Only down sides are they do not have a oven or stove top and the fridge doesnt keep your food at a good cold temp. They do have a thing for an alternative for cooking but i just got a two burner thing from walmart. There are a few things i did not like. For one there is a vase thing outside that was broken into pieces and not cleaned up so i did not allow my kids in the back yard because i did not want them to get hurt. You absolutely can't beat the value of this rental if you are visiting the Boise/Meridian area and would like a multi-room/multi-bath place to stay.
