Hotel needs to work on their staff. Many of the staff appeared to be either mad or sad. They could not return a smile to save their life? The sad faced staff channelled their sad face into a lack of service and a lack of concern. It showed!

Better than many other communities we passed through. Nice harbour.
A nice place to stay. I noticed that many used this area as a starting point for other journeys. The time it took to get to the resort was lengthy (4 hour bus ride from Lima).
Everyone wants to go on the boat tour, we did as well. Had mixed feelings about it, so many boats and so many tours and it wasn't even high season, the animals seemed quite distressed.
We changed hotels, checked into San Agustin for extra $40 per night and stayed 3 more nights...it was worth every cent. Paracas is beautiful and relaxing, on the ocean.
