"The resort is beautiful and the rooms were nice. The staff were great and accommodating. The food at the Bistro was amazing. Main concern was the excessive insects in the room. They were good about it and changed rooms, but it was a hassle since it's all stairs, no elevators or trolleys so had to pack all the bags up and move them to the new room which took 2 trips.
