Located on the 4th floor with Southern views, this condo has convenient access to the pool, hot tub, and gym, one of the most desired locations at Origin!! Newly managed by Beachscapes Vacation Rentals, several upgrades have been implemented and will be implemented in the coming months. This condo includes a new 55" Samsung Smart TV. Unit has small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. This unit does not include a balcony.

Origin is an amazing and unique resort! The pool, gym, and spa amenities are located on the 4th floor. Convenient barbecue areas are located on the 4th floor south-east and south-west corners of the building, with amazing gulf views.

There are four elevators, one on the East and West ends of the building and two in the center. Access to this unit is easiest via the West elevator.

Each unit is provided with two parking passes, one for the main parking garage and one for the adjacent lot across from Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. Origin provides 24-hour security for its owners and guests.

Great studio unit!
It was all I needed for myself for a 5 night stay. Conveniently located, clean, easy to navigate & the personnel was wonderful! The 4th floor is the place to stay! Unit 402 is great, with the pool & gym on the same floor.. You won’t be disappointed!

My spouse and I booked as this place appeared to have everything we were looking for. However upon arrival we quickly learned this was not the case! The balcony that see on this listing is not accessible as there is no door to get onto the balcony it’s simply just 2 large windows, we were willing to look past this until other residents/employees of this place were walking on the balcony where they were able to look right into our room for any privacy you had to shut the dark curtains, taking away your view of the ocean. Also you share a common entrance with another condo owned by this company that is quite noisy when people are coming in and out. It’s also advertises the pool, hot tub, and sunroof but all of these amenities close at 10pm. The employees of the building are some of the most disrespectful people i’ve met. You are watched on video surveillance 24/7 once you step out of your room. Be aware that you cant have any speakers at the pool, and that god forbid you make a mistake you will be confronted by not 1 but by 5 people. One night we were using the hotub and had a plastic container of watermelon with us within a few minutes of sitting down we were confronted by multiple staff members demanding to see our wristbands which I have no problem doing but they were beyond disrespectful saying this is going to be a $100 dollar fine for watermelon!? I understand rules but are you serious! Don’t get me wrong we loved the beach but be aware of the absurd rules at this place!

Fantastic place!
The owner was extremely helpful and prompt with his replies, even on a very busy weekend. The place is beautiful, easy access to the pool and you can take the stairs up from the parking garage on the 3rd floor so you don’t need to wait on the elevator! Beautiful views, walking distance to some great restaurants and beaches. I’d definitely recommend this location to any couple looking for a weekend getaway.

Sweet little studio
We stayed in this studio as a last minute add on to our vacation. Hosts were extremely commodating and very responsive. Perfect place for my husband and I. Clean and cute. Close to elevator and parking. Niced size room, ocean view, we enjoyed the small fridge, microwave and dishes for eating in and relaxing. Nice linens. Roomy bathroom with excellent shower pressure. Property is nice and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.
