Come experience the "Joy of Life", on the beaches of 30A, located in the gated and serene Treetop neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. This home offers 4 Bedrooms with a bonus bunk area, making it sleep 19 overall! Perfect for large groups or multiple families. As you enter this calm and serene beach cottage, you'll be greeted with gorgeous wood floors and an abundance of light. Enjoy an open living concept floor plan great for gathering and entertaining with a propane grill to use off the kitchen.

ABOUT THE AREA: Conveniently located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it's the perfect blend of privacy while still near all that 30A has to offer. As guests, you'll have access to Enjoy the use of a free tram service that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October.

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach Private Beach Access. Closest public beach is Inlet Regional Beach Access. All the units in treetop have access to the tram service to take you to the beach. The tram stop is about a 100 yards away.

Great place to stay!
This trip was a bachelorette party with 12 girls! We had a fantastic time. The house was very accommodating for the amount of people we had. This house was in the perfect location. Not far from seaside or other activities we had planned.

We arrived to a home that was dirty (feet were black from walking barefoot on floor) with large ants in several of the bedrooms and in one of the beds. The property manager was quick to come spray, but there are other reviews citing the same bug problem online. The pots and pans were destroyed and still caked with food. There was no way to cook on them, but the property manager was quick to come replace them. The third floor was very warm, despite the air being turned down low. Thankfully there was a cold front while we were there. Overall, we didn’t feel like we got what we paid for, but the property management did their best to make our stay comfortable. The area is our favorite, with access to 30A AND 98 in case of traffic. We have stayed at several other homes in the area that were in much better condition than this one for the same daily rate.

Family Beach Trip
Great location…the house was beautiful…our only complaint was it had not been cleaned. Thankfully the Host was kind and refunded money to cover any inconvenience. That was very much appreciated!

Seacrest Beach Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest Beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated/updated. We loved how many beds/baths were available for our group so no one needed to share. The communication with the manager could have been better. We asked about kid’s items at the home as we were traveling with our 1.5yo daughter. The manager told me he knew of nothing there so we had to rent a pack and play via a travel rental company, and use suitcase space for other items. It turned out the home had a pack and play, as well as kid’s plates/bowls/utensils, a booster seat, bib, and a gate for the stairs in the back closet. This would have all been extremely helpful to know and eliminated spending $100+ on the rental items we had to get. Would be nice to know the items your home has available. I also contacted to hosts regarding the wristbands available at the house to clarify what they granted access to, and never received a message or call back. Overall enjoyed the area, though certainly spent more time in Seacrest beach neighborhood and their pool. We would return to the area, lots of restaurants, pools, beaches and very pleasant stay.
