Located at the family-friendly resort of Laketown Wharf, this beautiful condo #715 is ready to be your home away from home.

NOW OPEN: 810 BILLIARDS AND BOWLING!

That's right, 810 is right on the property! Enjoy bowling, billiards, arcades, food and beverages for all ages! We're very excited to have them partnered with our resort and know that they will provide hours of entertainment for everyone!

From our unit, you can see stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach activities right from your balcony! Enjoy five pools, (one is heated seasonally), a miniature golf putting green, gym, nightly dancing water fountain show, and people-watching from the balcony.

The condo sleeps six and has air conditioning for the warm months and an electric fireplace for cooler times. Books and jigsaw puzzles are provided for all ages.

No more than four adults, please. The bunk beds are for two children.

SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!

Newly redecorated from top to bottom, this is a comfortable space to eat, play, and rest. Enjoy the Gulf views from anywhere in the living room! The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a popcorn popper. (Bring your own kernals.) The bunk beds and ladder are designed for children. Please, no adults in those beds. The bunk beds have built-in bookshelves that house most of the books in the condo. They are for readers of all ages, from toddlers' board books to the older kids' chapter books, and books for adults. (Please do not exchange them for your own books.) Jigsaw puzzles are in the living room.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps two. Two full bathrooms with tubs in both. Step out the door in the evenings and enjoy the dancing water fountain show with music!

The balcony seats four with two small tables. During the day, the gulf is in full view from anywhere on the balcony and the living room.

Downstairs there are restaurants and a beauty salon. Chicken, ice cream, tacos, pizza, a full buffet restaurant at The Wharf, a breakfast bistro, and a candy store will keep you satisfied during your stay. Sunshine Grill at the pool has excellent burgers and fries!

There is a $87 resort fee which will be paid when you agree to the rental agreement. It covers everyone in the unit; there is no extra charge per person. It also covers up to two parking passes. You will receive a discount of 10% for stays of 5 nights or more.

Wristbands and parking pass will be available in your welcome package when you go to the lobby upon arrival. The lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The person who signs this rental agreement will be asked to show ID. Guests will then have access to all public areas of the resort.

Even though I adore animals, guests are not allowed to bring them to Laketown Wharf. Also, we require that the person renting must be at least 21 and is staying in the unit. ID is required to pick up the welcome package upon arrival.

Nice stay
This condo was exactly as described. Location is great and the owner was very tentative and made sure we checked in and were having a good time. I would definitely stay here again. Elevators are a bit slow but that’s expected with so many ppl and floors. The restaurants at the hotel are sooooo good! We had pizza from the pizza place and tacos from Juan Taco, both were great.

Loved it!
The condo was everything as described. The communication was top notch. We have zero complaints and will gladly look to book here again if we return to Panama City Beach. The location was amazing, within walking distance of many things, especially a Walmart and the beach.

We loved the condo! It was clean and the perfect size for our family. Check in and communication with the host was super easy. Best host I have ever had. The only thing I would do different is to go in more of the off season with a family. During Spring Break there are a lot of college age kids but that is to be expected.

Family Trip
Connie was great to communicate with for my stay. Everything was really clean. The room was just as it was described. It was also an easy walk to the beach and right across the road from Pineapple Willies. Our family of five fit easily in the room. The views from the balcony were beautiful. My only complaint is that it was so cold on the beach this weekend. We can't wait to come back when it's warm!

Convenient location and wonderful host
I took my family on vacation recently and booked here. The location was perfect with the beach being right across the street, and the condo was very clean and had a beautiful balcony. We were highly pleased with our trip and how incredibly accommodating our host was, even going as far as to check in on us with a message here and there. I would absolutely book again. I had 2 children with me and they were beyond pleased with the options of different pools throughout the wharf. Definitely worth the price, and I would recommend without a doubt.

Absolutely Amazing
First off I’d like to say thank you to Connie for the constant communication to make sure me and my family was enjoying our stay. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. The view from the balcony at night was everything. I was really impressed with how clean the place was . The bathrooms were spotless and so was the kitchen. The living room is very homey and cozy we all felt really comfortable. We definitely plan on coming back.

Beach for Fall Break
This was our 2nd time coming for fall break and to Laketown Warf. We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and responded well to messages! Our 5yr old twins love the beach and coming on fall break. We went to Zoo World one morning and it was awesome! A must do if you have littles, do the combo feeder cup. The walk to beach isn’t bad and easy to do with a beach wagon. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay with a wonderful sunset dinner at Runaway Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal getaway for our 25th anniversary
The property was clean and in great shape, and had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. We had a great time with the exception of a bit of inclement weather resulting in rip tide alerts for a couple of days but we were content to chill on the beach. The hosts were kind enough to check in to see how we were doing when a major storm front rolled through. Our stay happened to coincide in part with the annual Florida Jeep Jam which was occasionally a bit loud, but very entertaining. I recommend foregoing the usual tourist destination restaurants like the highly over-rated Captain Anderson's and trying the small local establishments. Definitely try "In Cahoots" for breakfast/brunch and "Candy Maker" for ice cream downstairs. Other establishments to try are "Fatty Patty's", "Alibi's Beach Lounge", "JAA's Kitchen" for excellent Jamaican food, "Jessie's Place", "Alice's on Bayview", "Angry Tuna Seafood", "Bella Roma Tuscan Grill", "Uncle Ernie's Bay Front", "The Shrimp Basket", "Hammerhead Fred's", "Sunrise Bakery", and "Pineapple Willy's". Of course no visit to PCB is complete without a trip to "Thomas Donut and Snack Shop". Get there early because the freshly made donuts go fast.

This unit and location is definitely in the center of everything and anything you could’ve asked for. From the restaurants on the property to one of our favorites walking distance across the street. This is definitely a place to stay with your family! The Hostess goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it should be ! From when you arrive you are contacted that arrival date to check in with you above any other “customer service “ place we have stayed. The unit was extremely clean and perfect for our family use. We will definitely tell our friends and be visiting again. Thanks Again!

Book at your Own Risk!!
So we booked this trip about 2 months in an advance. We only picked this because of the 4.9 rating on this App & People we’re saying all Postive things. So they day comes and we check in and look around not to mention it doesn’t say it’s on the 7th floor of a 21 story high rise Condo just says room #! . So we get to the room and check out the Condo after waiting 20/30 mins to get in one of the 5 operating Elevators and 100,000 people waiting to get on which was never told about and where other elevators were never mentioned til 3-4 days in which we asked cuz we were tired of waiting so long and I be dammed if I’m walking up 7 flights of stairs for 7days. So we finally make it to the room and and check out everything and the oven was nasty (I have Pics) like it was used the day before we got there etc! Not to mentioned the floors were nasty and alot of sand (which I get it) then we don’t have any extra towels other then the two sets in Each bathroom. So then we check out the washer and dryer and m were you put the Soap for the washer was MOLDY (I also have pics) . So I let the home owner know these things and she came back and said that her Maid takes pics of what she cleans when she cleans.I asked her to let me send pics and she refused and I have the full convo of what we talked about and But basically all she wanted to do is Refund the money minus the day one and whatever else was non refundable not to mention Alabama/Georgia senior trip was the same week so it was packed and full down there. Just seemed like all she wanted to do was Refund refund and not fix anything. Not to mention her maid is also a security Gaurd at night never did see her to FIX THE ISSUES!! But for the $$$$$ for 7 days and it turned out this way. We definitely won’t be back to this place anytime soon. Not to mention the pots and pans were dirty and disgusting. We did end up finishing the trip because it would take days to get money back and go somewhere else which would be higher due to the demand of the senior trips from Bama/Georgia.. The mattress on the pull out couch was also very outdated.It’s basically like sleeping on cardboard!!! The pools were nice and not too Crowded.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!🤬🤬🤬
