This charming studio style carriage house is located in the exclusive community of Rosemary Beach. This property has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. This house sleeps 4 with a comfortable king size bed plus 2 twin beds, a sitting area and a private full bathroom. Step outside to hear the fountain running in the oversized courtyard or take a stroll to the beach. Bike paths wind throughout the community and your stay includes 2 bike rentals (for up to 1 week). This community has 4 stunning pools, several parks and plenty of greenspace. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool is a short walk away. Walk to the downtown area to shop, get a bite to eat or sip a cocktail patio side. This unique community is a perfect place to get away and unwind. This charming community is located between Destin and Panama City, only a short drive to the many activities they offer. Pet friendly (pet fee - additional $50)

Great home & location but some technical issues
We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.

Fabulous…. but read the description.
I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews. It turned out to be of no concern. Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses. The beach setup was.incredible and Rosemary itself is the most charming town on the beach and i’ve tried almost everywhere on 30A. For a long weekend getaway for the 2 of us, it was just about perfect. Would choose to stay again anytime. The owner is very attentive.

Very Disappointing!
This property definitely needs some attention. I have been visiting RB for 20 years and I have never stayed somewhere that required this much TLC. Upon arrival the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, one of the blinds was broken and didn't work, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and missing leaving wires hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling fan was filthy. The description was not accurate, as the fountain was dried up and filled with debris and there was no patio table and chairs as described in the listing. The stairs were very steep and also not mentioned. Definitely posing a problem for small children and older adults. The space was very cramped due to the dated oversized furniture and two cots, which took up way too much room and made it difficult to even walk in the space. The bedding was old and miss matched. The sheets were pilled and very worn. It is also in desperate need of some kitchen items such as some knives, and a working soap dispenser. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are not provided. The entire property could use some looking after to say the least. Definitely put a damper on spending my Birthday at the beach!

Needs some TLC
We stayed in the main house for one night, the downstairs bedroom, the sheets are extremely pilled. In the Carriage House, the window blinds need to be replaced and they don’t open or close to keep light out. All the towels have a sour smell when being first used. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are being or not being provided. These are essential for a stay. Please add a note. The entire property could use some looking after and beautifying.

Amazing property and an amazing vacation!
We had the best time!!! This is such a cute property and it is was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean, had amazing AC, and was so cute. It is in the PERFECT location! The neighborhood is gorgeous and you are right in the middle of it! We did not have a car-and we never needed one! We were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants near by and we walked to town/the beach daily! The description online is exactly what you get! We would do this vacation over and over again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Lovely Carriage House!
This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!

Everything Was Wonderful
Everything about the Carriage Houe exceeded the property description. It was completely furnished with everything you would need for a short vacation. It was tastefuly decorated, located in an upscale neighborhood. There was a busy highway about a hundred yards to the rear, but no noise from it inside the unit. A lighted, paved pathway 50 feet to the left of the main house leads to a 10 minute walk to the main square of restaurants and shops. The beach s just a few minutes further.. We enjoyed lunch at the Gallion and The Havana Bar and Grll & the best hamburger ever at the Cowgirl Kitchen. Shades is open to 1 AM for late night eating. The owner, Karen Geiger answers her phone immediately and is very responsive to questions or issues. We had a problem with the lock box on checking-in and she sent her son immediately to resolve it. As a bonus, he carried our luggage upstairs. The TV and WiFi worked fine, but more instructions on using the TV would have been helpful. All in all, it was a great stay.

Quiet Stay in Rosemary
The home was just as described online. The location was perfect! A short walk to shops and dining and close to pools. The bikes at the home were a nice touch and the private access to the beach is nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future with how reasonably priced it is.

Disappointing stay
Overall the property needs some significant care. The bed sheet was so old and pilled it felt like we were sleeping with sand all over the bed. We had to use the flat sheet to lay on and could still feel the roughness. The stone patio is extremely uneven. The fountain was almost empty but full of debris. Be aware that the stairs are very steep. The unit is only about 50 yards from highway 98 so there was a LOT of traffic noise especially large trucks and motorcycles. There is NO freezer capacity in the unit, only a beverage refrigerator. The property next door was partying and it was impossible to drown out the noise. Overall, we would not stay here again and suggest you could probably find more attractive properties.

Family Getaway!
Thank you Karen for letting us stay in your comfy cottage house in the most beautiful neighborhood in FL! We enjoyed the beach, tasty restaurants and cute shops! The price of the unit allows us to visit multiple times per year! I would recommend!

Poor check in, but overall a good stay
Although we had a poor check in experience due to our cleaning being delayed over 3 hours (which was worked out and I was given a cleaning refund so I do appreciate that from the owner), the location was absolutely perfect and we so enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, the pool, and beach. Parking was available in the driveway which was great and the bikes were a nice touch! The best neighborhood on 30A in my opinion!

Can’t say enough good things about this property. From the bikes to providing beach chairs. This place has everything you would need for your stay. Very dog friendly which was extremely important to us. It was the perfect location for my husband, me, and our two dogs!

Great stay for a short trip!
Great spot! 10 min very easy walk to the beach. Parking was on the street (could be in the house driveway but the main house tenants were using it at the time of our stay) but it always available on the street. Clean. The two twin beds weren’t great, so be aware of that if traveling with people sleeping on those. Would stay again for a short 3-5 day trip.

Rosemary stay in June!
We had the best time, the Cottage House was exactly as described. Was perfect for me, my husband, 7 year old and even my mom who joined last minute! Perfect location with walking distance to everything. Will definitely be returning!!
