The bedrooms are in separate structures from the main house, offering ultimate privacy and tranquility. Each bedroom is outfitted with a 50in Apple TV. The open-concept en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, flat-screen TV, waterfall shower, and soaking tub. A gas fireplace provides added allure to both spaces. You will find an additional half bath in the main house.

30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
When booking for 30+ nights:
1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
4) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
5) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 + tax/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 + tax/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.

Palm Springs Vacation
The house is beautiful! Had everything we needed, although we did not take full advantage of the excellent kitchen and grill area. Pool and Hot tub were wonderful and relatively easy to control with the directions given. A short drive to excellent restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. Bed was very comfortable. The master bath shower is more open in the bathroom. This is fine, you just have to like that sort of thing. The control of the water temperature was challenging, but the property manager was very responsive and I suspect this is adjusted by now. The other shower in the guest house worked well. Very quiet, interesting, and comfortable house. Would stay again.

The Pool House
House was great. Pool was terrific. We enjoyed the great room and all the amenities including the small private areas on the property. Gorgeous neighborhood. Second bedroom is minuscule. The house is best for 3-4 adults and could use some detailing as areas are worn and soiled such as kitchen carpet and great room chairs. Bedpillows need updating. Well stocked kitchen.

Quiet Location with Contemporary Architecture perfect for family with teens.
We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this location fit the bill. 3 separate and unique buildings, a main building which houses a spacious living room with kitchen, a primary and secondary suite, allow for a place to gather and places to retreat. All lead to a central landing over an extension of the pool. Ample seating areas in courtyards and by the pool offer a variety of places to read a book in the sun. The units were clean and stocked with essentials. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

FABULOUS architecture and AMAZING amenities
This property made for a great getaway for our family of three, although it can easily accommodate more with ease. Our son (who loves architecture) fell in love with it online and looked forward to this vacation with excitement for nine months. Our experience in the home did not disappoint : ) From the gorgeous pool and hot tub, to relaxing fire-pit garden and many outdoor lounging areas the outdoors is simply top notch. The landscaping and pool are impeccably maintained. And of course the comfortable beds and spa-like baths ensure a luxurious experience. The covered parking keeps your car in the shade, and the bikes for guest use were an added surprise. The only thing we missed were the bocci balls, we never located them . . . You should know that this property is for guests that can respect the serenity of the surrounding neighborhood. If you want to party on with music and hoopla, look elsewhere. We absolutely loved the quiet : ) Thank you Doug! You built a true mid-century inspired gem in Palm Springs. We were fortunate to enjoy your home!

Wonderful Stay
We stayed for 2 weeks including one week with our adult son and his girlfriend. The set up of the home worked really well as each of us had our own space and then a great common area. The location is fabulous, and the house has everything you need. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the pillows outside that are worn. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Ultra Modern House - Unique Design
We stayed at the house for five weeks. The location and neighborhood are great. The pool, which is like an oversized lap pool, is also great. The house has a unique design, with a very private site and individual bedroom units, although the street and entrances are not visible from inside the house or yard. SunnyDays vacation management was very responsive to requests. Although SunnyDays addressed a few urgent repairs at the beginning of our stay, there were many other remedial maintenance issues (e.g., non-working light fixtures, partially working shower heads, broken sinks and tiles, broken cabinet doors, etc.) that detracted from our appreciation of the property.

Club Doug was the perfect getaway! The property was even better than it showed online. Common areas were great and the bedrooms were very separate. It made the home feel much more spacious than it was! Can hardly wait to get back there!
