The owner was highly responsive to any needs that arose during our stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again. »

« Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future! »

« The four of us enjoyed a completely relaxing visit. The home was perfectly clean. The furniture was very comfortable, and we had lots of room to relax. The big kitchen was easy for cooking. The details in the home were just as attractive as in the pictures. The beach is amazing - stretching far in both directions, and it was an easy walk straight out from the house. »

« All the cozy vibes while visiting our MTU students for winter carnival weekend! Everything we needed to spread out, visit together, and enjoy our time. Many games of chess were played. Jacuzzi got a lot of use. Our college students enjoyed hiking in the snow & found some surprise igloos. Plenty of vintage books & decor add to the charm! Thanks for a great weekend. »

« We stayed here for my Son's state's Hockey tournament. It was a great house with lots of open spaces for ease of movement to cook and talk. The view was spectacular and it was so much fun to watch the snow storm role in. This house is atop a steep hill so thank goodness my husband had a truck to make sure we could go up and down with the snowfall. The roads got plowed everyday before we left and it was fine. There are no TVs so we had fun playing some card games we brought! »

« This place right on Lake Superior was excellent for a winter getaway to the Keweenaw. Close to Calumet but still in the wilderness to feel isolated. Sauna onsite is excellent. Plenty of beds as well as a really nice master bedroom. Responsive host. Highly recommend! »
