This very clean welcoming vacation house offers 4 Bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunkbed incl. 1 Twin & 1 Full size bed, and the 3 (three) comfortable Sofa Sleepers can be easily converted into sofa beds each for two guests. There are 2 full Bathrooms (shower & bathtub).
Enjoy the spacious Livingroom, spacious Kitchen with Kitchen Island & inviting Breakfast Bar, Dining Room with French Doors leading to the beautiful large wooden deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining, lounging, sunbathing & more.
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on this outdoor large wooden deck watching an energizing peaceful sunrise 🌅& in the evening relax & enjoy a golden sunset 🌄 the changes of lights calming your mind reconnecting with nature under a star-filled sky in the Mojave Desert while listening to natural sounds enjoy these breathtaking Mountain Views of Mount Charleston and these mountains afar towards Death Valley.

For the convenience of our guests, we supply towels and bed linens.
The kitchen is equipped with all essentials you need for cooking and baking. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry area for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the house except inside for two (2) locked closets, the garage, and 2 storage containers.
Enjoy your TV shows and series with the 55" ROKU TV in GUEST MODE.

PLEASE NOTE:
On-site parking on the long gravel driveway and on the covered gravel parts on the backside of the house of this huge over 2 acres private property.
Driving and parking is ONLY allowed on the gravel area. NO PARKING and NO DRIVING on any other part of the property. These rules apply to thefront of the house as well.
