For stays like this, where I am by myself and don't need to look after a spouse or kids, I *really* appreciate the ability to get a room for such a reasonable rate. Location is great if you want to explore Old Hangtown, Apple Hill, Gold Bug Mine, or about an hour drive to south Lake Tahoe area. Service was prompt and friendly. The room had a fridge that worked great (practically brand new), and a microwave which I never plugged in but...
