Excellent spot!!
Great property and great hosts! We stayed during a new years ice climbing trip and the property was perfect! Hot tub was awesome after a long day of climbing and plenty of room for our party of 7. Loved this place!!

Spectacular!
The house was perfect for just the two of us and our two small pups! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and was very comfortable. We kept the doors out to the deck open at night and the cool October mountain air was so refreshing. The location is perfect. We walked all through town and even to many hikes. We ate the most delicious pizza from Mineshaft (try the Camp Bird), and amazing breakfast sandwiches from the bakery across the street. The best was the tree swing out back. So fun! We want to come back in winter to watch ice climbing. Overall, incredible house, thanks for sharing it with us!

Beautiful modern home in perfect location
This place is a couple of blocks down from the main street and we ended up walking everywhere in town instead of using the vehicle. The house is very new feeling with modern style and amenities. The hot tub is on the deck right outside of the main bedroom, which is really nice. The yard is perfect for dogs, with a gate you can pull across the driveway to make it a fully-fenced worry free setup. We really enjoyed our stay and will look for this place again next time we make it back to Ouray.

Celebrated our son’s wedding in Ouray. Perfect location with easy access to everything downtown. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend to all.

Base Camp
Great property. We had three family couples; father, two sons with spouses. Spacious for all six together and secluded bedrooms & seating areas. Well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. Large parking area(3 cars). Walkable location to Main Street but still secluded and quiet. Main floor bedroom’s bathroom is not en suite. You must walk through main living area to access the full bath. I didn’t realize that when booking. Not a deal breaker. Kitchen could benefit from a dishwasher. We’d stay again.

Perfect Vacation Home
Ouray is an awesome town. This home is absolutely beautiful, perfect location. Many windows to feel and see nature. The balcony is large and private. Hearing the roaring river behind the house from the balcony , upstairs bedroom and living area is so relaxing!!! The furniture and decor is wow !!!! Five minute walk to the town’s restaurants, shops, great Museum and a Catholic Church was perfect for our family !!!

Perfect Getaway Cabin
The perfect cabin for my family! Kids loved the swing in the back! My wife and I loved the patio where you could hear the river close by and the scenery was breathtaking. We also love that everything was within walking distance from the cabin. Perfect location! We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Ouray Property
This home was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. 6 of us stayed for a wonderful girls’ weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was spotless, beautiful and very well stocked. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. We would LOVE to return!!

Beautiful Home very Close to Main Street
Don't pay a lot of attention to older reviews as much work has been recently done to the home. The bottom floor of the home is now complete with two very nice bedrooms and 1.5 baths downstairs). Upstairs, which was all we needed, was perfect. We've stayed in dozens of VRBO's and this was certainly the most well equipped home & kitchen we've ever experienced. We had all we needed (plentiful utensils and dishes as well as spices, etc) to cook great meals at the house. WOW!! All appliances and everything in the home worked well (there is no dishwasher, and that's OK). A new, very nice gas firepit has been installed on the deck, which was not mentioned in the listing, and we really enjoyed that each evening. Three very high quality screened sliding doors on the main floor, which helped up enjoy the mountain air. Beautiful picture windows had a terrific view from the kitchen / dining. A very short walk to downtown and most anywhere in Ouray you wish to go. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location!
Our stay was great. The unit is very nice with modern appealing style. Ice maker and dishwasher not working on arrival. Dishwasher was repaired quickly. This location cannot be beat and we would stay here again. We wished that there was some accommodation made for recycling. That doesn’t seem to be a concern for the owner but it was for us! Also, lots of excess plastic waste caused by packs of personal care, kitchen, and laundry items - all in tiny little plastic bottles wrapped in more plastic. Didn’t have enough laundry detergent cuz there were only 2 tablets. That stuff was a bummer.

Nicely decorated but needs work
Property seems to still be going through renovations. Downstairs is unfinished and other areas of the home have unfinished details. The couch is tiny! No dishwasher, but expected to wash dishes even though we pay a cleaning fee. Dishes were dirty when we arrived, had to wash everything before use. Missing hair dryer but got one the following day. Deck is very nice and views are beautiful. Close distance to all the main attractions.

First time to CO!! Place was new, more modern. Still need comfortable and functional items, like more places to set bathroom items an few more hooks in bathroom. Kitchen was good. Basement is a great idea especially if you have 4 wheelers, but the basement was dirty and washer and dryer was dirty! I had to clean it out. Good was there is a stool and sink in basement, but dusty dirty. They will figure it out… black and red bugs up and downstairs. But I’ve never been to CO so maybe just that time of year. I would check it out - nice place though. P

The near perfect home
This modern mountain home is a true gem! What a find! the home is quite new and the amenities are awesome. It’s so new that the drapes in the bedroom arrive the day we leave. Not a problem whatsoever! We slept like babies. It’s a very quiet environment and if the weather would have been better we would have used the gorgeous large private deck. This place nears perfection!
