"Room was nice and had a lot of space. Air conditioner wasn't working properly. Had to have maintenance come and replace a capacitor. Sometimes one of the elevators wouldn't work with our card. Overall it was fine."

"The hotel is nice, and the people who work there are also nice. We were surprised by a policy that is named ‘destination fee’ upon arriving. It is a daily $18 fee for services whether you use them or not. This includes in-room drinks/alcohol, room service, drinks and food at the restaurant or bar. This made us feel as if we had to use it or ‘lose’ it. Of course we ended up spending more than the $18 so end the end they got what they wanted.
