"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had an upgrade to a junior suite which was at the rear of the property. So quiet. There are balconies on the first and second floor where you can sit and watch the world go by! The staff were wonderful, really helpful especially Francesca who served breakfast and Lidie and Glerider on reception. It is close to St Marks and the Rialto Bridge and lots of really good restaurants close by."

"Walking into the apartment exceeded my expectations. The view of the canals was like out of a magazine. The apartment suited our family of five and felt spacious. Tastefully decorated and had all that we needed. We felt cozy and at home. The perfect location for your stay in Venice."

"Loved the location! Very close to main attractions, walking distance to most in 10 min. The view from room was very nice. The downside was that there was no elevator to the 3rd floor, carrying heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. The other downside was the noise at night, people out and about drinking to 2am are not very quiet and we could hear everything even with the windows closed.
