Your get-away at the lake begins here! Just minutes from the outlet mall and walking distance to trampoline park and great restaurants, this condo is what you are looking for. The unit is complete with updated furnishings, free wi-fi and cable, four smart TVs with and a view that just won't quit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, master bath, closet and individual climate control. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Being a top floor unit, the vaulted ceiling is open to the loft that has two twin XL beds and a queen double stack air mattress if needed for additional sleeping space. All bedding is providing including extra blankets, pillows and extra towels. For your convenience, we have provided a stackable washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The balcony is complete with outdoor seating space for you to enjoy breath-taking views of the main channel and the amazing pool (in season). A beautiful stone fireplace that burns Dura-Flame logs (the only type permitted to burn in the fireplaces) provides a cozy gathering place for a chilly winter's night. The kitchen is fully supplied with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator and ice-maker, built-in microwave, range and dishwasher. Small appliances provided include blender, coffee maker and toaster along with pots and pans, plastic ware, dishes, drinking glasses and wine glasses for 8. Basic spices and condiments are also provided. Whether it's a family gathering, a girls shopping weekend, golf outing or just a much-needed getaway, this is the place for you. The picture very accurately portray what you get. The property was clean. There was an issue with the second payment with VRBO and the host was patient while we worked through it. Family throughly enjoyed the stay.

Location was great, check in process..great. Communication with owner was good, but we had issues with the tv and kitchen lighting which were never addressed or resolved. The unit could use an update as there was obvious "previous leaks", poor water pressure, all linens/towels were old, worn out and very undesirable. Great view and location (both the lake and city) but noisy since unit sets very close to the road. Pet friendly (which was great) We would probably look elsewhere next time (especially if offered at the same rate)

Enjoyable Time

Place was a great a value with a great pool and view. Only suggestions would be a better stocked kitchen and a few more towels. Air conditioning was great in the master bedroom But not as great in the other bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice place in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks

The condo is very beautiful. Close to everything in Osage Beach. A lot of amenities and access to the pool made it even better.

1st trip to Ozarks

The property is well kept, clean, and quiet. The owner is very responsive within hours of contact. We had some issues with some lighting not working and the dryer tumbler not turning. The property manager attempted to get someone to come a service the issues unfortunately no one was able to come out. We stayed for 2 nights. She voluntarily gave us a small refund for our troubles. The loft winding staircase is a little difficult to navigate, the teens used the loft area with the two twin beds. The unit is on the top floor, which was okay for my party, but may be a concern for some. Overall, great experience.

The accommodation was as described and even better. It was in a safe place, very well located and with a view. The cleaning was up to par and you couldn't tell if there were any pets left from the last person. We will use this place again on our next vacation in the area.

Great views and amenities

Eryn’s place was amaaaazing!!! It’ll be hard to top her place or compare it to any other. The views were everything . We were right on the lake! My family was able to fish right off a couple of the docks and go to other near by spots. She pretty much had everything we needed. She was really prompt depending on the time of night to answer any questions. The only thing we didn’t like was parking. Parking was so close to the road we were nervous our tail ends couldn’t get in close enough to not get bumped by cars driving by but it was a minor issue. Will definitely recommend her place to friends and other family memebers!

Needs some TLC

The condo was spacious, close to the restaurants and shopping. The view was beautiful. That said we were not told that the condo was located on the fourth floor, and we had our elderly parents with us and had to climb 3 flights of stairs. When we entered our shoes stuck to the tile floor and there were cobwebs, dust and dirt on the ceilings and walls, stains on the living and dining room furniture. The bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. We even wore socks on the carpeted areas because of the filth and they were brown when we took them off. We did not bother to contact the owner due to the fact that she had emailed us earlier the day we checked in stating it was cleaned and ready to go for us earlier than the check in time if we’d like. Then emailed saying she needed to drop something off but didn’t want to disturb us if we were there, which we were not, so obviously she saw the condition of the condo and didn’t think it had issues that would have needed to be addressed. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it. If you are there to party and do not care about cleanliness this may be the place for you.

We had a wonderful week while staying at this gorgeous condo! It condo was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed! We loved the pool and spent lots of time there. We especially loved that our pups were welcome!!!! The view of the pool and lake are great!

Had a mix up with cleaning at check in. In less than an hour Eryn had the problem solved and brought some gifts for the inconvenience. Pool was nice. Loft area was good for two teens. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly was great. Space was as described and pictured. Close to restaurants and shopping.
