« Cute little spot near oxbow. Short drive to downtown. Great kitchen if you cook. Neighborhood seems Soso during the day and strangely decent at night. Pretty ideal. Best deal the weekend we stayed even over all the hotels. Worked out great. »

« Beautiful property. Saw seals from living room catching fish. Front door did not lock but it’s a safe neighborhood but a bit isolated. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry facilities were a great help! Gorgeous views of the water and excellent service and communication. »

« The apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic, everything we wanted to do was about 5 minutes away. The stairs up to the 3rd floor are narrow, but structurally sound. We had a great time and would recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Portland Maine! »

« This house was amazing. It was way better than we expected after looking through the pictures online. The outdoor space and the house itself are beautiful and the pictures do it zero justice. We were worried at first about the lack of AC, but the house cooled right down once we opened the windows let the air in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Boothbay. It was so close to the main area, but you couldn’t even tell- it felt like you were immersed in nature. »

« We really enjoyed our two weeks stay on Willard Beach. It was wonderful to fall asleep and to awaken to the sound of the ocean. John's place is very special. The beds and the couches and the porch seating are all very comfortable. The shower is wonderful. »

« Appartement récemment rénové. Contient toutes les commodités. Terrasse sur le toit est génial. Le seul petit bémol est la présence de plusieurs sans-abris dans le quartier. Cependant, ils n'ont pas été incommodant plus qu'il ne faut. Je recommande sans réserve. Nous avons souvent loué sur Vrbo et ce fut un des plus beaux appartements dans lequel noys avons logé. »

« Super location. So close and easy to get to many places. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out a little. Paying for driveway parking was so worth it especially when coming home after a long day of sight seeing. Nick is so responsive to all inquiries. All around great stay. »

« GORGEOUS house and view! Very spacious and accommodating. Things you should know before booking is that it is about an hour away from anything and everything. House could use some more TV's if you're going with children, pinball machines did not work and neither did "workout equipment" which was an elliptical and treadmill. One of the showers did not work and some of the fans that were provided did not either. I think its a tad over priced for its distance to do things but the views from...

« Amazing property. Lakeside view and quiet neighborhood, except for a few loons! Beautiful and comfortably appointed for a weekend away. Hot tub was a big hit and nights by the fires were just what we needed at the end of each day. »

« We loved staying at the Holt House. It's a truly beautiful building. It's like staying in a hotel from another era. The room was beautifully decorated with victorian decor and we loved it. It was also handy to have access to a full kitchen on the first floor where we washed some of our dishes. Overall, it was a cozy and quiet place to stay. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l’endroit était vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes. Toutefois nous n’avions pas d’eau courante à notre arrivée et le problème ne fut résolu que le lendemain matin. De plus les brûleurs du bbq ne fonctionnaient pas bien ainsi que le foyer exterieur. Nous etions tôt dans la saison et peut-etre que quelques verifications auraient dû etre faites avant notre arrivée. Ces quelques petits désagréments ne nous empêcheraient pas d’y retourner par contre ! »
