« This 4 bedroom townhouse was conveniently located near shopping, arenas and about half hour to ski resorts. Home reflected as pictured and was warm during our stay. Beds and pillows were also comfy. Additional hand and bath towels and extra bed linen would have been appreciated. There was only one bath towel per bedroom except for the Master, where there were two. This would have been a bigger issue had our entire group of 8, we initially booked for, all came. « We were in town for a hockey tournament and this home was in a great location. A nice little getaway but still close to the rinks. If you like to ice fish this is also the perfect spot! The attention to details did not go unnoticed. Lis was a great host and always available if we had questions. We would highly recommend this home. »

All the amenties of the city are minutes away, while the comforts of lakefront are all in the backyard. Will be coming back for sure. 0 issues with property. « Property was as it appeared in images - great location and walking distance to top of one of the hills at Horseshoe Valley - very convenient. The unit was clean but several light bulbs were burnt out (main ensuite bathroom, dining room table, stove hood wasn't working at all - light or fan). Fredrica was very responsive to all requests/inquiries and a pleasure to deal with.We did have an issue with adequate heat during our stay and were thankful for the gas fireplace. « Had a little trouble with access but called VRBO and made contact with the owner. smoothed everything out - owner seems very nice. Only thing I would recommend is bringing a role of paper towel and maybe an extra garbage bag. « To start we trouble shoot all the days we were there to get wifi working, we tried multiple accounts and no luck getting access. My family ended up paying for a lot of overage charges for internet. The property promised AC and that temp should reach between 20-22 degrees. They did say it was addressed when we were off the property, but it was not, and we had a temp exceeding 25 degrees so horrible sleeping at night. « This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again. »

« We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles.
