The home has a large back sundeck, complete with recliner chairs and a sparkling swimming pool. Want the pool heated on colder days? Pool heating is available for $35/day with a minimum 2-night stay. Additionally, there is a formal dining table inside, as well as a breakfast table, which can easily double as a laptop-friendly workstation, since the whole home is connected to high speed Wi-Fi.

Next to the formal dining table, you'll find a living room seating area, but there's an additional living room with a big screen TV for your entertainment closer to the kitchen. • Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway plus 2 vehicles can park on the street. Parking is also available at the clubhouse. Please note: the garage is not available.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

Resort Access:
• You're provided with complimentary access to the Solana Resort.
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 6pm, year-round.

Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. The pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. If you’re feeling active, there’s a beach volleyball court, a recreation field, mini-golf, and a climbing area for older kids, plus a play area for younger ones.
