Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI! Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day, please ask this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

The villa has been fully renovated in April 2015, with brand new furnitures, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and a Xbox One!

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive. The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top. Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed. Great Disney vacation spot
We spent 5 days here but only went to Disney for two days. It was so nice to have a place to just hang out and relax on those other days. The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool. I loved the master bed and bath. The only downside was there were no cleaning supplies like soap or extra trash bags, so you will want to pack/buy some of those.

we stayed here for 5 weeks and everything was perfect.... spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything you could think of was provided. The property's position was perfect for all the parks etc. Neighbours were all very nice - we ordered something from Prime but put wrong house number and they brought it round to us........... very nice people. Property cannot be faulted in our opinion.......... Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

The villa is in an amazing location, extremely peaceful. The only 'distraction' was the wonderful sight of hot air balloons passing over some mornings. We stayed for 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The villa was very comfortable and the pool and deck were excellent. The pool was a perfect temperature with no separate heat. We spent lots of time in the games room. There were some signs of wear, to be expected for a vacation rental, that would have benefitted from some attention, for example, a few missing blind slats. This made it harder to keep some rooms cool. Laura was very responsive to our questions and the small welcome pack was very helpful after a late arrival. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

Beautiful house in a great area
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We used the pool and hot tub daily. House is about 30-45 minutes from most attractions. Only negative is that the two back bedrooms got so hot at night. Those rooms need a ceiling fan or something, it did not make for a good nights sleep. We even used the 2 box fans from the garage and it didn’t help much.

Our Winter Getaway
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Ridge. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to many popular central Florida attractions. We stayed for 4 weeks from mid-January to mid-February. This was only our second time renting a vacation home so our frame of reference is limited. The house looks exactly like the pictures online; the rooms and beds are as advertised. The spa is very nice and is relatively secluded. I might suggest the owner put steps or some kind of platform to help short people or those with mobility issues get in and out a little easier. We found the home furniture, linens, towels, supplies etc. to be acceptable but basic or minimal. We were surprised that the home was supplied with smaller than hotel-size soap even though we were booked for almost a month The property manager resolved or responded to this and others issues promptly but not always totally satisfactorily. On the one hand, for example, we had an outbreak of ants in the master bathroom. The manager had an exterminator there the next day to take care of it. On the other hand, we reported that the home did not have a large frying pan. The next day, they delivered a brand new set of pots and pans but the largest frying pan was the same size as what was there…only big enough to cook one burger at a time. We ended up buying a large skillet ourselves. Initially, the bathrooms had a smell that suggested possible sewer problems. A thorough cleaning by us pretty much took care of that. Tuscan Ridge as well as the previous vacation rental we stayed in (in Las Vegas) both have a sign by the thermostat warning against setting the air-conditioning lower than 75 degrees. We figured that apparently is not uncommon in vacation homes. There was, however, a period where we had the coldest temperatures that Florida had experienced in years. That’s when we learned that the heat could not be set higher than 73 degrees which made for some chilly days in the house. The last thing I would mention is that the notebook with visitor information could stand to be reviewed/updated. There’s conflicting information about trash pickup. There’s no instruction for using the televisions which would have saved a phone call.

Excellent family vacation
We truly enjoyed this property. It was very convenient and having a pool and a hot tub in the backyard was great. We were able to just relax and take it easy between our days at the parks. The property is a bit further out from the attractions, but it is totally worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Place was beutiful but they decided to charge me for a gas grill that i didnt even have time to use do to doing disney other parks ect...for them to tell me i still had to pay for something i never used i would not recommand this place to noone .

Clean family home with south facing pool!
Very lovely home that has met our needs for a home away from home. Pool was clean and loved that there was a cover to keep the heat in at night. The game room/garage kept the kids entertained on cooler days. The only 2 things I would do to improve the home is put in ceiling fans in the back bedrooms as those got very warm on the 90 degree days we had and put clocks in all the bedrooms. We did find the box fans which helped a little bit. The master bedroom was huge and we were thankful it had a ceiling fan. It was so nice to not have any houses behind us so we felt we had privacy when we were in the pool.

JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR!
The house was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with a private screened in pool, at the very back of a quiet neighborhood. We came for the weather, not the attractions, so we spent almost the entire month at the house. Everything was supplied, towels, bedding, complete kitchen - we had only to buy the food! Laura and Gavin were readily available with any problems or questions we had. We will definitely come back!

Excellent!
We were here to escape the cold, cruel north - not to do tourist stuff. The house and its facilities were just what we needed. It is in a quiet, low traffic area of the village, close to good restaurants & shopping. The property management team were excellent- contacted us in person, made sure we knew how to contact them night or day. We had to cut our stay short due to the COVID-19 virus, but we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Lovely family villa
Nice, open plan Villa. Good pool area and nice hot tub. Master suite is nice a spacious with a comfy bed. Everything needed in the Villa for a 10 days vacation. The hot tub wasn’t available for the first day due to a fault but it was sorted quickly and without any issues. The communication with Laura was excellent. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Florida retreat
Tuscan Ridge is perfectly located for all the major attractions of Florida. The property is a very good size, with all the amenities you will need. There is a lounge away from it all or to do your work if like me you run 24/7. The pool and patio area is private with a view of the woodland. There is good shopping, restaurants and barbers close by so that you can make the most of your time. Highly recommended

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at the home. We were only a 30 minute drive from all the Disney parks at which we spent the majority of our days. After long days at the park, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub for an hour or so before we had to retire to bed and rest up for the following day. I would have loved to spend more time at the house to enjoy more of the pool and peace & quiet in this quaint little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a family who are seeking a balanced vacation!
Our family of 5 has been to Florida 3 times now in the past 4 years. This home was the smaller place that we were looking for to be easy for us to maintain during our stay. The furniture, flooring, kitchen and pool area were all easy for us to take care of without having to worry about our kids damaging anything. I liked that the hot tub was separate from the pool system. In my previous experiences, I have had issues with the hot tub not working properly when connected to the pool -- this was not the case for us this time! Also worth noting, this property was the first time we did not have to contact the property owner due to unexpected issues. There were no surprises. Our trip included going to Tampa in addition to Orlando. This made the location of the home great for us. During our visit, we probably spent half of our time at the house. Between the pool, hot tub, x-box, ping pong table, pool table and nearby tennis court, our kids were sufficiently entertained!
