Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently renovated (December 2015), with all new flooring, carpeting, furniture, lights and amenities. Over 25k was spent on the furniture and renovations. The living room features a 50” 2160p HDTV with a DVD player, new glass dining and end tables, accent chairs, and pullout queen sized sofa bed. The master bedroom has all new furniture, including a new KING sized pillow top SERTA mattress, and a 32" HDTV 1080p LCD TV with a DVD Player. The linens are also new with a 600 thread count with brand new firm pillows! The second bedroom sleeps two, with twin sized beds and 32 HDTV 1080p LCD TV with a DVD Player. The linens also have a 600 thread count to make your sleeps peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as coffee machine, blender,toaster, stove and new plates and utensils. And as an added bonus, this unit features NEW in suite laundry, free Wifi, cable, and FREE local and long distance calling to the US and Canada!

The Cane Island Resort's distinctive 3700 sq. foot clubhouse features a huge community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center. The Cane Island Orlando community offers access to a shuttle bus service that transports guests to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios (local charge applies).

This was an amazing experience to have a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place to stay during our week long stay in Florida. We were there for a Cheerleading championship at ESPN, but wanted a place to be away from the crowds, yet still close to the center for practices and performance. This was perfect! A short commute, with PLENTY of options for coffee, dining, groceries, and entertainment in our down time. We loved have this beautiful location to stay where it was EXTREMELY quiet (really felt like we were the only ones there!), access to a pool and gym, and safe parking inside a gated community. We'll definitely make this our number one choice for future visits to the area!

Just what we needed
I’m originally from Kissimmee and relocated to North GA 5 years ago and had no idea this nice apartment complex was near old town and right off of 192. Gated complex, clean apartment and a great property manager made our stay seamless and enjoyable. It can get a little noisy late at night as there are other properties and an RV park nearby but nothing that would keep us from returning.

Everything was great and we were very pleased. What stopped me from giving an overall 5-star rating are the following: - security car entrance gate was always open - no indication of where to leave trash - sofa bed mattress was unsleepable due to discomfort of frame andBe thinness of mattress - got locked out from leaving pool area; Someone was locking all the doors from the inside using the manual latch so FOB was unusable; when I knocked on the door to get the person’s attention to let me into the clubhouse so that I could leave, they signed to me no and left. Pool gate was also not unlocking. I finally found a breach in the fence so squeezed through.

This was close to Disney parks. Guests are required to park at the front of the property and not allowed to park by the building they are staying in (as indicated in listing). It is a “no shoe” property. Carpet could use replacing so I did not like the no shoe policy. There is nice space and good closet areas to stow your belongings.

A short family vacation
My daughter and son in law came to visit us in Florida and wanted to go to the theme parks. The theme park hotels are outrageous in terms of cost and we also wanted to bring our dog. We found this unit on VRBO and it was perfect. 2 bedrooms 2 baths plenty of room clean and close to the theme parks and LOTS of family restaurants markets and shopping. Pet friendly. Great location great condo HIGHLY recommend.

It was a great stay. Clean apartment and had the essentials. Awesome to have a kitchen. The only thing is that there is no shuttle from the property to Disney as thr listing suggests. It is a quick drive, but without a vehicle it would be difficult.

Awesome property the modern design was elegant and clean. The couches and chairs were comfortable. The beds slept great and washer and dryer are very quiet. The drive to Disney is short and you do not have to get on i4 to get there. International drive is close too.
