The Space:
Welcome to your own private retreat, just 6-7 minutes from UCF! Whether you’re visiting for school, work, or a quick escape, this cozy studio is set up to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed for restful nights and a queen pull-out sofa for extra guests or simply lounging around. The kitchenette has all you need with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, and coffee maker—perfect for whipping up something quick or enjoying a slow morning with coffee in hand. And with your own private laundry room, you’re all set for longer stays too.

The fully-fenced private yard is a perfect little sanctuary, with a big shady tree that offers a cool, peaceful spot to unwind. Enjoy the outdoor table with chairs and an umbrella for meals al fresco, and the hammock for ultimate relaxation. Plus, your furry friends are more than welcome here, with plenty of space to explore safely.

We charge a one-time pet fee of $60 for up to 2 furry friends. For any additional pets, there’s a fee of $30 per pet.
