Driver authorization: The villa is located in a gated community; only drivers registered on the property gate access guest list are allowed entry through the gate.  All drivers must have a valid Driver's License identification card matching the name registered on the guest list.


Use of BBQ Grill: $40/stay. There is a gas tank with a gas grill. Guests are responsible for BBQ gas. The gas BBQ grill needs to be cleaned after use before checking out. If you fill the gas tank during your stay, the cost of gas may be reimbursed.
